Matt was very helpful and accommodating. I was surprised they were able to get all the AC components needed for my 30+ year old van in less than a day, booked service next day, and finished the job in ~5 hours. 4 stars because the tech failed to clean up some spilled brake fluid which ate away some paint on the core support and ac condenser line. Otherwise, excellent service!

Matt and Travis are so awesome. I came in with an unusual steering issue. I had originally called 6 different auto shops and took my car to 2 different shops, and they all said go to the dealer. I tried Premier Auto as a last-ditch effort as they were close to where I lived and wasn't disappointed. They worked effortlessly to figure out what was wrong and tried 2 different fixes before finally figuring out what the real problem was. It took 2 wks to complete but boy was I so grateful when they called me and said my car was ready to go! They kept me updated on everything that was going on during the repair. Premier has earned a long-time customer!!

I was given options for the repair with the corresponding price. I'm happy with their work and now my car is running like new just like when I bought in 2014.
