Premier Autowerks maintains my 2000 Mercedes E 320 4MATIC that currently has 309k miles, and I’ve taken it exclusively to PA since they merged with Deutsch American in 2019. I find a vehicle I love and keep it as long as I possibly can, which means it needs superb service. Premier Autowerks is genuinely stellar - they are lovely to work with, and fabulously persistent in solving the mysteries of the quirky rattles and electrical blips of a 25yo MB. Bottom line, PA is the reason I have an automobile of that age with that many miles that runs just as smoothly, powerfully and reliably as it did when it was new. They are the best at what they do, and *honest*. I am not parting with my car until I absolutely have to, but when that day comes, PA will be picking out my next one.

Premier took great care of me and my 2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack. It's nice to have a local Euro specialty shop that is modded-car friendly. They quickly assessed and fixed an issue I was having with my exhaust rubbing against my prop shaft, and I was in and out in a day. After getting an oil change from an out of town mechanic who clearly did not know what they were doing, I woke up the next morning to a large pool of oil on my garage floor. I called Jim Hoss at Premier, and even though it was a packed Monday after Thanksgiving weekend, he found a way to fit me in. They diagnosed the issue immediately, something the other shop completely overlooked, and had it resolved in under an hour. They also pointed out a separate issue I should plan for in the next six to twelve months, gave me a fair estimate, and told me exactly what to watch for. No pressure, just honest guidance. What impressed me even more was the thoughtful gesture of giving me shop pads so I could clean up the oil spill at home without ruining my towels. That kind of consideration says a lot about how they operate. The shop is spotless, organized, and run by people who care about their work. Premier is detail oriented, transparent, and straightforward. I am genuinely grateful for how they handled everything, and I would not take my car anywhere else.

Took and Audi Q5 in for a big service, transmission flush, spark plugs, brakes, oil change. Upfront quote was steep, but the cost was scaled down as they looked at the issues, only needed brakes on rear and no need to do coolant flush... No up selling or unnecessary work which I respect. Cost for oil change is half Audi service, and brakes about 35% cheaper. Bargain!
