Worst experience every time unless it with Adriana. I have a warranty and it covered $85 for oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t know it would be extra because I’ve never paid extra until Dawn gave me a fit about $30. I told him Adriana made it so easy and I’ve never paid extra but he didn’t care. I even told him I didn’t have the funds due to thanksgiving but he said, “too bad, I can’t let you go without paying out paying. You’ll have to find a way.” I will not be coming back unless it’s Adriana. You guys are the worst and once my warranty is done you guys won’t get my service. I will be spreading the word because the customer service sucked. I shouldn’t have to pay. I should get a refund but clearly even on thanksgiving you guys are too money hungry for that.

Anastasiia and Chris were both absolutely amazing to work with!!! We came in about an hour before closing and the level of service was just as fantastic as if it were noon. We didn't feel rushed and they spent extra time going over all the new features with us. They were both awesome. We also worked with Jesus to finalize our financing and he was super friendly and efficient. Would definitely buy from Premier Chevrolet in Carlsbad again!

Went there for an oil change on my mother’s 2025 Tahoe. We went and found our service woman, Adrianna and she checked us in. We told her we (my mom, 3yr daughter and myself) would like a ride to legoland. She said ok we’ll drive you in your car bc of the car seat and we said ok. Then we waited 30 minutes outside while other cars that had came in after us were brought around in front of us, my daughter is a toddler and they can clearly see us struggling with her so we go inside and the sales rep says, “your not at legoland?” Huh??? (She can clearly see us outside from her window as I got a view from the inside) We go to the bathroom come out and she says go find the young kid in the sweatshirt! What??? My mom was so upset at this point, when we we outside and he was nowhere to be found! So, she went inside and then came out and the guy came a couple minutes later! Then when he was driving us there he was oddly speeding and my mom’s bags spilled in the back! We went from Bonsall to Carlsbad without anything spilling! The service lady told us it would be 2 hrs, which we thought was a lot of time and we have season passes so we weren’t interested or equipped for spending the whole day there! So we dropped the car off at 9:45am it took them 45 minutes to finally get us to legoland! Then they called us at 1:45pm and said the guy was on a break and he would call us in 30 minutes to pick us up! Mind you our appointment was at 10am she told us 2 hrs we got a call at 1:45 so we head out to the pick up zone at 2:45 my daughters is screaming in my mothers arms for a solid hour, not to mention she had soiled her diaper into her pants with pee and we didn’t have any new pants for her 🥺 again because we were equipped for a full day!!! And No one comes after my mom and I called and text over and over!! And then my mom text my dad at 3:45pm and he said to get an uber and then when we come back nearly 6 hrs later all they have is excuses mind you my daughter is still crying and they say come sit down?!? No I want to go home and oh here’s $200! Really get lost and I hope No one ever comes here and has to experience this!!! Not to mention when my mom purchased her vehicle there was damage to the speaker in which Adrianna said “I have personally never seen anything like this” then they called and said it was our fault! Please please I hope everyone reads this review before you come! Lastly, I forgot to mention they didn’t give my mom Any paperwork for her oil change! All they cared about was telling us this is not how we conduct business, when I have given Multiple examples of this is Exactly how they conduct business!

Derek is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable about the Silverado 2500 Crew Cab Custom 4 wheel drive truck that I purchased. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I highly recommend him.

Chandler was my sales rep. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Was very shocked when he said it was only his 3rd day at the dealership, but had many years of experience in the industry, which definitely showed. Had a a couple scratches that weren’t noticed beforehand due to it being dark outside, brought it to their attention and it was fixed immediately.

Best car buying experience ever! Wendy was great! We love our new car. Wendy was such a joy to work with, knew her cars for sure and was so helpful. She worked so hard getting us the car we wanted. Everyone at this dealership is so professional and treated us with respect and understanding.

My husband and I went to Carlsbad Chevrolet today and we wanted to test drive a new suburban but when we gave the information to the dealership representative that was helping us he made us wait over an hour to even pull out a car that we couldn’t even drive because he took the key and said he would be back in just a few minutes and was another 20 minutes. We were there an hour and 20 minutes thank God we were waiting for our car to be serviced. This is unusual for this dealership meaning that you can have a test drive very fast doesn’t take an hour and 20 minutes. We were going to buy a suburban from this dealership, but we are going to go to Tim Moran Chevrolet in Hemet because the service is better 100% better.

I bought a traverse in Carlsbad and took my car to the services that it was an issue with my camera and showed them photos and videos and never did anything they kept saying everything its fine with the vehicle no issues. Ones it was closer to the 36 mileage they said bring it in we can take a look at it and nothing. Took the vehicle to Escondido and they fixed the problem my car camera works perfectly. The services man said "you're not the only person that comes in being unhappy customer" he said most customer comes from Carlsbad Chevrolet that has issues and not sure why they can't fix the simple things. They are the worse seems to not care about fixing the problem and have the customer deal with it ! This is not acceptable..

As a customer, I can't in good conscious reccomend this place. I bought a vehicle here recently. My salesperson was awesome, the staff was friendly, great even, BUT, the pricing online is, at best, misleading. There are all sorts of add ons, aftermarket stuff that per the sales staff "we already paid to have installed" so that truck that is claimed to be xx,xxx dollars is actually xx,xxx dollars PLUS $5000 in dealer installed options that negate any of the advertised savings. Those aftermarket add ons dont show up on mobile devices. I got the truck I liked, but felt ripped off and literally hate getting into the vehicle I HAD been excited to own. It SUCKS. I doubt the dealership cares, but Im hoping Chevy corperate pays attention, because this is bad for business as I am now sour on the brand. That said, I want to reinforce that this is in no way a reflection on the sales staff: they were awesome. Its simply an observation, from a customer, that the decisions of the management at this location are to engage in practices that leave customers feeling bad abput their purchase. I wont ever purchase another vehicle here, and prolong purchase another chevy either, because of how bad I feel about my experience here. Take that for what it is. Skip this place.

The service attendant Fernando was a Boss, no nonsense, no games, just straight up honest information. I brought in a very special bad ass chevy that needed some TLC. He videoed the whole car to make sure it would be returned in the same condition as I left it. They did the work, I paid the coin, and I was on my way, Fast as ever .... Thank you Premier Chevrolet and you too Fernando !

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received and feel it’s important to share my experience so others are aware this could happen to them. I dropped my vehicle off Thursday afternoon, the day before my 7:00 AM Friday appointment, completed all required paperwork, and was told the dealership follows a 24-hour diagnosis policy. Despite this, I received no communication at all on Friday from my assigned service advisor, Adriana. I called, emailed, and texted multiple times the following day. Adriana was aware I was traveling for the weekend and assured me she would update me once the vehicle was diagnosed. That never happened. I eventually reached someone in the parts department who told me my vehicle had not yet been worked on. It wasn’t until Monday at 9:53 AM that I received an email apologizing for the delay and stating the vehicle would be “seen after lunch,” after sitting at the dealership for days. I went straight from the airport to the dealership and spoke with the service department manager, Andrew. The only resolution offered was waiving the diagnostic fee, and that was only after I asked. I was told the car might be looked at another two hours later, after lunch, with no clear timeline. At that point, I no longer trusted the process. When no loaner vehicle was offered, I chose to pull my vehicle rather than wait indefinitely for a diagnosis. This experience was very frustrating and unacceptable due to the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this is not the level of service customers should expect. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this location or be bringing my vehicle here in the future.

My family has only ever owned Chevys. Decades and decades of loyalty. This dealership is the sole reason we will never buy a Chevy again. Every experience here is awful. The latest? My husband takes our car into the service center with an appointment due to the check engine light coming on. They require us to agree to leave the car for 48 hours to get checked. When we requested to simply diagnose the car, they refused and restated that it can only be done be leaving the car for that period of time. When I ask what the point of having an appointment is, they say “well without an appointment you will have to leave your car for longer than 48 hours.” Wouldn’t it make sense to check my car during my scheduled appointment, tell me what is wrong, and then if it comes to it, tell me you need to keep the car for 48 hours? Here’s another: I called to make an appointment for our other Chevy and they sent me an appointment for 12pm. When I arrive, they tell me that nobody can see me until 1pm because they are all on their lunch break. So why schedule my appointment at noon? Over and over again this dealership continue to disappoint. We love our Chevys but in an effort to avoid this dealership, we will not buy another ever again.

Huge thank you to Brian at Chevrolet of Carlsbad for such an amazing car-buying experience! From start to finish, Brian was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I’m thrilled with my new 2026 Chevy Silverado EV, this truck is next-level. The massive touchscreen display, incredible driving range, ultra-smooth and quiet ride, Super Cruise hands-free driving, spacious and leather interior, front trunk (frunk) storage, advanced safety features, and insane acceleration. I was especially grateful that Brian went the extra mile to track down the matte gray color I was looking for as well! If you’re looking for a stress-free, top-tier buying experience and someone who truly goes above and beyond, ask for Brian. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and highly recommend him and the team at Chevrolet of Carlsbad! 🚘⚡

I got my oil changed on Fri and new tires on Sat. Had a very positive experience with both services. The staff made it very quick and easy to set up the appointments. When arrived, didn’t have to wait to be seen and very little wait time while my truck was being serviced. The guy who helped me onsite was Jason and he was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, reviewing all the details and able to answer all my questions. Definitely have a loyal customer here.

I brought my 2022 Tahoe on February 16, 2026, specifically for an engine oil consumption diagnosis. My vehicle had a dashboard warning light, and after adding five quarts of oil, the dipstick still showed low. This is a serious safety concern that needed professional diagnosis. When scheduling the appointment, I was explicitly told by the service advisor that they would diagnose the issue first and call me with findings before starting any work. This was not only verbally agreed upon but also documented in my appointment confirmation, which clearly states: "Engine Diagnosis (Noises, Leaks, Other) • oil seems leaking." What actually happened: The dealership performed approximately $1,500 in routine 45,000-mile maintenance services (brakes, differential fluid, etc.) without diagnosing the oil loss issue and without calling me for authorization. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told to come back after 1,000 miles so they could "measure the difference" in oil consumption — meaning they sent me back out on the road in a vehicle with a known, undiagnosed oil loss problem. This is the exact opposite of what I requested and what was agreed upon. When I raised this concern, the dealership claimed "miscommunication" and offered a $500 discount. I view this not as good customer service, but as an attempt to quietly resolve a situation they know they handled incorrectly. Before posting this review, I read through other recent reviews of this dealership. Multiple customers have raised concerns about upselling, lack of communication, and services performed. The consistent pattern in management's responses is to say they are "looking into it" or "taking this seriously." Based on the volume of similar complaints, it does not appear these issues are being meaningfully addressed. I'm not disputing the quality of the work performed it may be fine. What I'm disputing is the complete disregard for the service I actually requested, the verbal agreement that was made, and the potentially dangerous decision to send me away without diagnosing a serious mechanical issue. If you're considering using this dealership for anything beyond basic warranty work, I'd strongly encourage you to get everything in writing, confirm multiple times what will and won't be done, and be prepared to advocate firmly for yourself. The service process here does not inspire confidence. If management responds with a version of "we're sorry, we're looking into it", please know that I have already contacted the dealership multiple times, escalated to GM Corporate, and been offered a settlement I declined because it doesn't address the core issue. This is not a matter of "miscommunication" this is a pattern reflected in other reviews. Proceed with caution. **Update:** I have filed a formal complaint with GM Corporate and am disputing the charges with my credit card company. I will update this review if the situation is resolved satisfactorily.

I recently inducted my Chevy Bolt into service for a front camera and power module replacement. Carlos was assigned as my service rep and he was an absolute professional throughout. The car had to be in the shop a few more days than expected due to an unforeseen absence of the EV mechanic -- I imagine there is only one on staff. No big deal as Carlos kept me informed nearly daily of the progress. Once the power module was replaced, they found the actual camera had to be replaced as well. Again, the communication was thorough and timely. I re-inducted the vehicle a few days ago as the camera was going to take about 10 business days for receipt of the part. Carlos and Jasmine coordinated to provide a courtesy car for both times that the car was in the shop and I took advantage on the second occasion. The work was completed in an incredibly timely fashion and I was impressed with the professionalism of the service staff. I have a minivan (other brand) that is somewhat of a lemon and requires service constantly at a dealership down the street. I cannot stress how far and beyond the level of service provided by Premier exceeds what I have to contend with at this other dealership. Keep up the great work and I will be sure to return for any other work!

We bought my 21 Tahoe RST— in FL, and when we got stationed here Premier was the closest Chevy Dealership to our home. I religiously took my Tahoe in for service. I had a warranty repair which had been waiting on parts in FL - end up having parts arrive once we were here and trying to get that service done under warranty here was an act of God almost. When my warranty came to an end - so did my use of Premier - as voicing my concerns about rapid oil use in a new engine was largely ignored and I was told simply to bring it in at 1000 miles past oil change to check the levels. Which isn’t helpful when there’s no issue at 1000 miles past it was between whatever 60-60% oil life meant on my cars info center kept saying. The warranty expired - and up comes a recall for my Tahoe. I took the car in for service on 1/6. Today, we went to check the oil - and discovered that a vacuum hose had been left loose which got caught in a belt and caused severe damage to both hose and belt. I’ll be calling Premier in the morning — to see how they plan to remedy this issue, though I’m doubtful they’ll do much for it. I’ll be updating this rating — however — I am upset that taking my vehicle in for a recall has now lead to severe damage to other parts of my vehicle. ***UPDATE 1.14.26 - I have emailed / called / texted / utilized their “chat” and “contact us” links and have been ignored outside of their AI email. ***UPDATE 1.29.26- I have filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair - I had to take my car elsewhere to get the hose and belt replaced since no one from Chevy would call me back before I had to head out of town - they did call - the day I was already traveling too little too late at that point. I highly suggest taking your Chevy to Escondido if you can manage it if under warranty — and if not - to B&D Auto Repair in Vista if you need prompt reliable and ethical service. Premier - is not premier - it’s more like Inessential Chevy of Carlsbad.

I have had multiple great experiences dealing with Adriana as well as the entire service crew over at Premier Chevrolet of Carlsbad. Whether it's been advising me on what to be looking for on my C8 and when to get it serviced to keeping me informed on the status on my service. I would highly recommend this service center
