The worse service ever, guys please stay away from them. We brought our truck for jackknife 3 months ago they gave eta for 6 week now it is more than months today I come to check they are saying another month. Which I am not sure after 4 month they can finished. They estimate is 3 times than Denver Freightliner.

Brought Semi Truck to them for a small amount of damage from a deer hit. Got every excuse in the world why truck was not repaired. Ryan will tell you story after story but you will not get your truck in a timely manner. Take it anywhere but here. Lady in office is very nice but does not get your truck fixed.

Was totally blown away at the level of service here. Recently bought a 2000 FL70 from a individual out of state. Called and ordered some seats and body parts from Jessie. Went above and beyond to make certain I got what I needed! Front to back I was treated like I but 10 new trucks a year! After conducting thorough research on repair facilities, I arranged for the truck to be towed to a nearby Volvo Dealership. Upon consulting with the Service Department, it became evident that the damage was too extensive, and they recommended Premier Collision Center. From the very beginning, the team at Premier Collision Center was truly exceptional. Every member, from the reception desk to the Service Manager, maintained prompt and timely communication, ensuring that someone was always available to address my questions. Despite the truck being declared a total loss with no actual repair work performed, I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.
