Below you will find a terrible review BUT WAIT, it's actually worse!! A week ago I hit a pothole that took out 2 of my tires. They could not be replaced because Prestige never returned my wheel lock key!! They knew they had it but never bothered to call... for a month!! I stand by my original review. They are worse than I thought. Should be called PREDATOR Autowerks. All very nice, clean, professional and extremely automated from appointments to estimates to Uber to billing. Then, you get the bill and they are banking on you being too stupid or too meek to challenge them on it. $50 to balance 4 tires, $130 to mount just 2 tires, $70 in "fees" and here's the real kicker $220 for a 4-wheel alignment that cost them $80 done at Midas. When I asked about the high cost I was told, honest to God, "Cost of living increases". I mentioned that I had never paid more than $100 to which I was asked "How long ago was that". I said "a couple of years ago". She stuck to her guns as I explained the cost of living has not gone up 120% in 2 years. I then saw that they had attached the Midas invoice for $80, which they had marked up 175%. (Did I mention that Midas was less than 100 yards from their shop? ). I told her that I wasn't paying that which brought her husband out who explained that Midas usually charges them $119 and it was just an honest mistake. 1. Midas doesn't usually charge that to regular customers 2. Prestige would not be a regular customer and would thus have negotiated discount/wholesale rates and 3. It's still an 85% markup for driving my car 200 yards. Had they provided any more detail on the other charges I am sure I could have challenged them. At this point, I just wanted my car and to get out of there. My family has 4 cars, 2 over 100k miles and we live less than a mile away. That's a lot of business they lost with PREDATORY pricing. Stay clear!

I recently brought my car into this shop for an A/C issue — it wasn’t blowing cold air. Over the phone, I was assured they could handle it, and I felt confident moving forward. When I brought it in, I was charged $250 for an evacuation, recharge, and leak check, which I completely understood and was fine with — that’s standard procedure. They informed me that no leaks were found, but after further testing, they diagnosed a faulty compressor relay. After replacing the relay, the system threw a code, and unfortunately, things became a bit unclear from there. I was told the issue was now out of their hands and even heard mention of using Google to look up possible causes. That really concerned me, as I was expecting a professional and confident diagnosis, not guesswork. Despite the issue not being resolved, I was still charged the full amount of $365 and advised to take the vehicle to a dealership or another shop. That said, after expressing my disappointment, the owner personally reached out to me. He was very respectful, acknowledged the issues with how the situation was handled, and made it clear that this is not the level of service he wants his shop to provide. He offered a refund and explained that he had addressed the situation with his staff and made internal changes to help prevent something like this from happening again. While my initial experience was frustrating, I truly appreciate the owner’s willingness to take responsibility and follow up personally. That kind of accountability goes a long way, and because of this, I do recommend bringing your car here especially knowing they stand behind their work and are committed to improving when things don’t go as planned.
