We stopped in “just to look”, and ended up buying a gorgeous Wagoneer, which frankly wasn’t even on our radar until we met Salesperson Shea. We first stopped to look at the Ford dealership nextdoor but after 10 minutes on their lot with no acknowledgement of our presence, and after realizing there were no prices marked on their vehicles, we thought we’d browse some Jeeps before we headed to a different Ford dealership. (Spoiler alert: We never made it to another Ford dealership.) As soon as we pulled up, Shea welcomed us and proceeded to guide us through the choices of vehicles that would tow our camper, and every vehicle had an MSRP sticker, which a buyer expects. We were so undecided and all over the place and made it a much longer process than it should’ve been, but Shea was so patient and helpful from start to finish, with never any pressure. She really went above and beyond to help us make the best decision for our needs and our budget. She also was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and walked us through all 6000 settings on our new Wagoneer. LOL! We honestly don’t know if we would’ve bought a Jeep had we had any other salesperson! Once we made a decision, the buying process was quick and easy and we’re very happy Shea presented us with an option we hadn’t even considered. We’re thrilled with our new Jeep and feel like we got a good deal, and we’re telling everybody we know. If we ever buy another vehicle, we’ll definitely revisit Prestige and we hope that Shea will be there to greet us again. If you’re in the market for a Jeep or Dodge—or you’re not sure what you want—go see Shea at Prestige for an easy, painless (and fun!) dealership experience. We’ll be grateful we did, every time we head out on another adventure in our sweet new ride!

I brought my Jeep in because it needed a deep diagnosis, and I was honestly feeling stressed about what might be wrong. From the moment I arrived, Clint made me feel understood and taken care of. He listened, communicated clearly, and kept me updated the entire time. Todd, the shuttle driver, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making it easy for me to get where I needed to go while they worked on the Jeep. And Shane, the technician, did a fantastic job under the hood. The turnaround was fast, the communication was excellent, and I always knew exactly where things stood. My Jeep is now back up and running like a champ, and I’m so grateful for the level of service I received. I would highly recommend the Longmont Jeep dealership to anyone needing honest, thorough, and genuinely caring service. 🙌

I recently had I issues with temperature varying wildly. After several thermostats anda dangerous overheat it was discovered that I had a blown head gasket. The kicker was that, when changing the head gasket, they obviously had to remove the valve cover. There was another, much more serious issue right smack in their face. It could not be more obvious if it was painted fluorescent orange. One of the camshaft lines was worn almost round. That should have been a warning flag that changing a head gasket alone was a waste of time and money. The car needed a new long block. Two weeks later. Car went back because of burnt oil and burning coolant smells. The valve cover gasket was leaking. A brand spanking new valve cover gasket… I would have hoped. The spark plug tube was also mangled. That is not a normal wear item at all. This all after more than two weeks in the shop. Almost 5,000 later, the bar was scrapped. The cost of a long block, new front end components ( which were not diagnosed), a new alternator, which was diagnosed, various mangled gaskets, and oodles of labor, it was not cost effective to repair a car with a perfect interior and exterior. $5,000 down the toilet that could have been a great down payment on a new car. Needless to say, never going back again.

I along with friends and family have been coming to the Prestige dealership for several years now (13 yrs) actually, it is and has been a great experience every time. Over the years I have made great friends here. Always a warm sincere welcoming and kind greeting. I have been taken care of with any needs I may have. Service is always good.
