Definetly not the best experience I've had. It started off ok, they were going to fix the hail damage on my car. Communication was ok, then my insurance determined my vehicle was a loss and when I spoke with them about picking up my vehicle as I was keeping it, they kind of gave me the run around. When I kept trying to get communication it was matter a fact and kind of condescending. And even though my insurance was taking care of the charges they wouldn't let me pick up my vehicle unless I paid a re-esmbling fee regardless that my insurance was taking care of all fees.

- Poor communication - Rude Staff and Management - Poor response to woman customers - Extremely high labor rates - Very difficult to work with - Refused to work with insurance company I had my car towed to Prestige after conversation with Matthew who said he could accommodate my repair. He was professional until my car was actually on his lot. His attitude changed after he submitted an estimate of $28,000 to the insurance company. The insurance deemed the car was a total loss. Prestige submitted an invoice to the insurance company for $4,296.50 (tear down = $95/hr, storage fee = $125/day, admin fee - $500, facilitation expenses= $152.50 for washing the car, Tesla procedure fee = 2 hours @ $340/hr, pre scan =.6 hrs @ $340/hr.) Total expense $4,296.50. I do not recommend taking your car to Prestige. They are scamming customers every day. P.S. Their facility and lot looks like it's never been cleaned.

Prestige did a great job with my car. I appreciated all the text updates and their overall communication. They worked seamlessly with the other parties insurance where I did not owe anything out of pocket. Overall, I don’t want to go back to them again. But if I have to because of an accident requiring repairs, I would. Great service.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service at Prestige Imports Collision Center! They did a great job repairing my Tesla, including a quarter panel replacement, bumper replacement, tire replacement, wheel replacement, suspension repair and alignment after someone hit my car and drove away. What really stood out was their efficiency—they completed the work in half the time we originally expected. Not only was the quality of the repair top-notch, but they also handled everything seamlessly with my insurance company, making the entire process stress-free. My car looks brand new again, and I highly recommend Prestige Imports Collision Center to anyone in need of expert collision repair.

I understand, nobody wants to have their vehicle go into a body shop for repairs, BUT this experience was incredible thanks to Matthew Lindsey and his team. Our Chevy Equinox was involved in a rear end accident, and we took it to Prestige Imports Collision Center. The communication during the repair process was exactly what we had hoped for. Matthew handled everything professionally and was able to deliver the vehicle back to us in a shorter time frame than we had expected. I hope we never have to do a collision repair again, but it's great to know that if needed, Prestige will be in our corner.

DO NOT BRING YOUR TESLA HERE. I dropped off my Tesla after a minor fender bender on September 29th, 2023. It has been 75 days and they still have no completion date in sight. The earliest they could promise to have it done is in January, which in total, would be over a 100 days to fix a bumper. I am beyond frustrated and angry with the delays and run around with Prestige Imports. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for service.

Long story short: it took six months to replace the windshield and fix two doors. During the repair, they broke the sunroof shade and the airbags, along with causing some interior damage. I’ll have the car undergo an independent diagnostic assessment to share with Porsche USA, and then I’ll sell it for parts. Frankly, I didn’t expect much from this collision center, but what happened was just too much. Five months for the windshield and two doors repair. Five months. When they finally handed the car back to me (claiming it was serviced, tested, and ready to go), I noticed that the roof shade was open. Just 15 minutes after receiving the "serviced, tested, and diagnosed" car, I had to return it for a quick one-day repair. That "quick one-day repair" ended up taking another month. After that month, I got the car back with the airbags warning light on. Who cares, right? At this point, I’m done with these people. The car will undergo an independent assessment, so I can share this wonderful experience with Porsche, and then it will either be sold for parts or used as a range target.

Do NOT go here. We got thia crack fixed because the initial repair failed. We made the mistake of going here because of the prestige Audi dealer. This is the THIRD time our Bondo has failed and they continue to refuse to acknowledge that it is their bondo work failing. Other shops all commented there was too much Bondo for both repairs. They did not want to pay to replace the quarter panel and therefore used Bondo again after the initial fail. And made us pay for it. Claiming that a previous dent (unrelated and before the fail) voided their warranty. Now that the winter is over our tiny crack looks like this and they will not take ownership and fix it based on their own failed work-aka covered under warranty. We made the mistake of not going through insurance so they can do whatever they want.

Just look at the pictures of my car and decide if you would like any painting/auto work done here. Hood looked great when it was freshly done. Started looking like trash 3 yrs later- paint no longer has any shine and has completely discolored to a yellow color and they won’t stand behind ANY of their work. Now I have to get the whole thing sanded down and completely redone. Go ANYWHERE else unless you want to redo and re-pay for everything in three years all over again. Cheers!

I think it's important to understand a few things about how this places operates before bringing your car here. 1) They do not provide time estimates, however you can be assured that it will take roughly forever. My Tesla model 3 took 7 weeks to repair minor cosmetic damage to the front quarter panel. 2) They will blame delays on insurance and this is sometimes true, however there were plenty of instances where I caught them being less than truthful about the hold ups. The go to line is that they're waiting on insurance, but when I spoke with my insurance agents all of the 'waiting' times amounted to a total of eight days out of the seven weeks, and four of those days were weekends when the shop was closed anyway. They billed 50 something hours of labor, which leaves roughly 5 weeks (if we're being generous) unaccounted for. I suspect that insurance companies do jack them up some, but that they haven't figured out workflow very well and as a result are hopping technicians from vehicle to vehicle in an inefficient way. 3) The quality of the work, especially after 7 weeks, was sub-par. The images clearly show a drip along the trailing edge of the quarter panel. Additionally, there was some minor damage done to the paint of the bumper they removed, which is also visible in one of the images. To be fair, when I pointed this out, they offered to fix it, but after having maxed out my rental coverage and not wanting to lose my car again for another month, I opted to leave it as is. 4) They charge a lot. In part, this is likely a response to delays caused by insurance companies, which, ironically for the insurance companies, forces companies like Prestige Collision Center to charge more. A repair that, by all counts, should have taken a week or less to fix, took them seven. Other reviews of this company indicate that this is the norm, and not an outlier, so they obviously try to bill in such a way as to be profitable, which means they need to bill for having a car on premise for seven weeks. That said, this highly inflated billing caused a good degree of back and forth as the adjusters for the insurance company refused to pay for some of their work. One example is that they billed 'door handle removal' at an hour's labor. Tesla indicates this is a six minute procedure. If you have insurance, this may not be a big deal, except again, it will cause further delays as the insurance companies are forced to respond. My bill for a bread-loaf sized dent repair was $7,000.00 or, roughly, $1,000/week. Things they could do to improve: 1) Be upfront about the long wait times and, when there are legitimate insurance hold-ups, carefully explain the exact things they are waiting for. I frequently was told 'paperwork', or 'just waiting on the insurance guys' and when I pressed them they just repeated the same things. 2) Streamline their operations. Given the hours billed and insurance downtimes they still had over a month of time unaccounted for. 3) Better quality control. Mistakes happen and no one is perfect, but if you're holding someone's car for a quarter century, you know, don't give it back with drips and scuffs.

Prestige Imports deals with collision repairs in a professional and orderly manner, you're treated right while being kept informed on the status of your vehicle. The final result is a properly repaired vehicle that is flawless and correct. The facilities are clean, the staff professional and friendly. Ira Stafford is a great repair advisor who takes good care of his customers. Prestige Imports is a Tesla authorized body repair facility that knows how to restore them to factory specifications and tolerances, they do more than fix the bodywork, they also repair damage to the wheels, axles, and the associated equipment.

I took my Audi in the beginning of November. I was told they would deal with the communication with the insurance from my understanding they did. Insurance is saying they stopped communicating from November 13th and sent the bill on November 26th which is past 2 weeks. Insurance said if they don't communicate they assume the car is done and stop paying for the rental. I called Matt to ask for transcripts to prove they did what they needed to do but he doesn't respond. It's been a week and I have yet to hear back from him so looking like I'm getting screwed into paying for a rental I shouldn't have to because I was rear ended. Makes me think they didn't do what they said they would so for anyone getting a vehicle repair through insurance make sure the shop is correctly communicating or you can be stuck with a bill hundreds of dollars. Also I took my car in with 53,473 miles when I got it back it had almost 55,000 miles on it. Did they have to do the repairs across the country? They also missed a big scratch above the license plate and one of my Audi LED door sills are missing. The work they did came out really nice and it looks AMAZING but the customer service and Matt should be more professional. Matt should return calls I shouldn't have to keep calling. I need more work done but I'm taking my business somewhere else. (1400 miles well at the shop is absurd and probably put cheap gas in my car)

I brought in a 2005 Lotus Elise that was in a mild rear-end fender bender. However, Lotus requires a full clam replacement. This team was professional, and flawless in working with the insurance company, supplemental requests and parts ordering, which took months(no fault of the shop, its a Lotus thing)! They provided updates through the whole process. Once parts were received, they did a beautiful job with body fit/alignment, and spraying and blending. I've waited a few weeks to leave a review, since then have washed the car, drove in various lights. Truly cannot detect what panels were painted versus original.

Had my Mercedes worked on by prestige service was great. The reason I’m leaving a one star is due to the fact I called Ira after picking up the car the side they worked on there was a scratch on my window. Tint asked them to call me back never got a call back, also couple times that my windows were left open and now the buttons to roll down my windows have gotten wet and bubbling, unhappy with this portion of the service. Just wanted to see what they could do to make this right, but would never Return my call

Did an outstanding job repairing my 2022 Tesla Model S. I could see on the Tesla App that they got to it right away and were working on it for the 2 weeks it was there. Their estimation was spot on. Paint was matched perfectly and the car was detailed before being returned. They are pricy but worth it.

They did a great job repairing my Audi after someone hit my car. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and were very communicative about what step in the process my car was in during repairs. Can’t recommend them enough!

Prestige was absolutely phenomenal. They took responsibility for communicating, and negotiating, directly with my insurance company. This allows me to have the highest quality products and repair. They delivered the car to me on time and throughly clean.

Matthew and the whole team are great!! I’ve taken my Audi Q5 here 2x now and it always exceeds my expectations. I won’t go anywhere else for repairs. The first time was a result of someone hitting my car, and the second time was a result of a steel garage gate closing on my roof. See attached before & after photos. Both events required body repairs, repainting, etc and involvement of insurance (mine & someone else’s) which was seamless and efficient through Matthew. My Audi looks brand new again after each visit, the mechanic/repair team is very talented. The process overall is always smooth and quick compared to other repair shops my friends & family have taken their German cars to. Highly recommend!!!
