I brought my new model Y to Primo’s to repair the back passenger door which had a small dent and scratch and needed the whole door painted. I first took it to a mobile auto dent repair and they completely ruined the door and got overspray on the front passenger door and all the windows. This was very distressing to me because my car is a lease. So I searched the body shop with the highest reviews and landed on Primo’s and drove all the way from Miami to bring it here. I got 3 estimates at other body shops which were all comparable but chose this shop because it had the most positive reviews. All the other places also made it seem like Teslas are hard to paint but these guys did not and fixed it in one day and left it looking brand new. They also cleaned up the overspray from the door and windows free of charge. Carlos is a great guy, and all the guys who work there are friendly, professional, and detail oriented. They care about customer satisfaction and want you to be happy. They will also work with you on the price. I am glad I found them. I will bring all my cars here from now on and will spread the word.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ 3/5 Mixed Experience Review My friend, whose car I recently hit, had her vehicle repaired at Primo Paint Body & Repair. Although the end result looked good, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Initially, I was pleased with their low estimate — it seemed like a fair deal compared to other body shops. He told me that he couldn't give a final number until he saw the car, which I completely understood. Once he saw the car, we agreed on a price. Out of nowhere, the next day, he called me, increasing the price by 25% more than we had agreed. I'm a young person who works very hard, and I didn't know exactly what to do in a situation like this, given it's my first time. So I verbally agreed. However, looking back at this, I feel this is an example of a bait-and-switch practice. What made things worse was the lack of professionalism in how they handled questions. My father tried to call them twice to get clarification on numbers, but they actually hung up on him both times and never returned his calls. That kind of behavior really left a bad impression and made it hard to trust their business practices. Overall, I’m giving them three stars — the repair work deserves praise, but the additional charges and poor communication make it hard to fully recommend them without reservations.

Carlos and his team were OUTSTANDING ! We had a fender bender with our Tesla and Carlos was straightforward with the work, the parts, the timing and if he couldn’t come through for us he would let us know . Carlos mentioned we should be prepared to look else where in case he couldn’t get the part as the car is a 2025 and parts are hard to find. He and his team went over and beyond to make a Christmas miracle happen for the time frame based on the car being new and my son having to go back to college. From the way we were treated on the phone , showing up and the car coming out immaculate , I would highly recommend Primo . I wish I could do business with him every week , truly the best. Found Primo after reading reviews and came in on a Wednesday afternoon to get a quote on having the hood of my 2019 Acura RDX repainted. Lots of dings and seemed like there was some kind of bubbling under the paint. Oliver got me the quote right away. I asked when they could start and he said right away. I said I needed it by end of day of Friday (2 days) and he committed to it and delivered on time. They also arranged for a rental car company to come and get me and get a rental car for two days. Very good customer service, delivered when they promised, and price seemed reasonable (I will say though I didn’t go around to get any other quotes, so I can only guess the price was right, but felt reasonable). Would recommend. I only have an “after” picture, forgot to take the “before” picture.
