UPDATE 01/12/2021:: Received a message from the Mgr, I'll take him up on the offer to come back in for a free car wash. I'm changing my review to 4 stars for the effort! I spent good money for a car wash that was supposed to give an ‘undercarriage blast‘ and a ‘top blast’… I have just as much pollen on the top of my car if not worse. It seems more compacted now. It was your second to the highest priced wash, two steps higher than the express. If I could find a way to show photos in this review I would. Not worth the money, won’t come again.

They have an $8.00 wash. Stay to the right when you enter. Dryer is fair. There are two lanes. Stay to the right if you want your wheels washed. Be careful leaving especially if there someone leaving on your left. This is totally automatic; no one is there.

I went to this car wash on Sunday. Vacuumed out my car and just zoomed on over to get it washed not noticing there was a sign up stating cash only. I only had my card. I waited in the line for a good bit and got up to pay and of course card declined. The attendant happened to be standing there and explained the situation and was generous enough to give me a free car wash since I had waited. Was very shocked and pleased since it was essentially my fault. Will definitely be going back

I really enjoy this carwash. The brushes really work well with tough dirt stains and my truck always has a nice shine. The staff is very helpful whenever I had a concern. Thank you for the free vacuums.

Terrible car wash. Should have read the reviews BEFORE I went. The vacuum cleaners did not work. I called the number listed and the man said he had not cleaned out the vacuum cleaners and blamed it on his employee having knee surgery. Then he told me I should have used the right car wash, not the left car wash. "The right one washes better" I'm not from this area so I did not know that. Maybe he should put out a sign that says the left car wash does not wash. Would not give me a refund and then said he wanted to "meet me somewhere" to give me cash for a refund. I am a female. I am not meeting a man "somewhere". Also there is no 6$ wash as stated online.

I have a daily driver and a fun car. I use the touchless side for the fun car and the scrubby side for my daily driver. This place has nice ample foam and soap sprays which tells me the owners keep the nozzles clean and the foam and soap canisters topped up (unlike some places where it trickles out.) Nice customer service when things don't go well (although in my experience that is not a common occurrence.) I like this place and am glad to see they are putting in another lane, because at certain times of the year there can be quite a wait due to lots of cars waiting for washes (which should tell you that it is a popular place.)

I always find it very convenient to get a car wash over here. It’s on the way and the servições provide it’s fair for the price you pay. Definitely better than the work it is to wash it yourself! The staff is very friendly if you need them and they will provide help but overall the experience it’s easy, convenient and fair priced!

It was ok I got the 9 Dollar wash and you get what you pay for because the whole back of my crv was still dirty I had to clean it myself so maybe if I had gotten the more expensive one it would have washed my hole car who knows and they have free vacs but people where using them and they didn't get there car washed so an attendant on duty my work out better

Car wash was okay. All bays for vacuums filled afterwards with people that hadn't even gotten a car wash. Sat waiting only for the vacuum to not even work. Won't return due to this - save your time and go somewhere else if you want to vacuum. Expensive for just the car wash without vacuums.

The coin slot for the touch free wash needs to be fixed. I always come here when it's time to clean/wash my car. I usually don't use the cash option, but today I did. The quarter slot (for the touch free wash) ate a whole dollar without registering any of the quarters, so I assume they got stuck somewhere in the machine.

Second car wash brushless within 2 weeks. Was better wash but since the other wash was added it is a waste of money. The newest wash has been added since maybe last summer. The soap or either the pressure is way off. Didn't even wash off film on my car. Do not waste your money. Owner doesn't offer any refund. Don't want a car wash Again don't waste your money.

I used the new brush wash you just installed on my Honda civic. It only cleaned half the roof and didn't touch the rear window and trunk. I had to go to Taylor's car wash to finish it. I still like your car wash, it may need some work for smaller cars. I will be back. Keep up the good work and the improvements.

I used to LOVE this car wash. I would drive 30 minutes just to wash my car here. The past few times I’ve been it seems to get increasingly less effective. I got the standard car wash ($8). And then used the free vacuums. The car was didn’t even full wash my car, it missed half of the back of my whole car. Then I go to vacuum my car, and the vacuum barely has any suction. It was more of a light pull if anything. I tried all the vacuums that wasn’t occupied and they all barley did anything. So I spent 30 minutes to get a half washed car leaving very frustrated :(

Extremely disappointed. Used to come here regularly because it was reasonably priced and had good, free vacuums. Today was complete opposite- car was sopping wet after it was “dried” with the air dryer, and still filthy. When I came around to vacuum, they had been updated to require a card to use- problem is, none of them worked. There was a sign too for free vacuums- how would that with a card reader? Couple on the copious amount of trash on the ground… just very disappointing. Won’t be returning and planning on a chargeback.

Trapped in a car wash? No problem. Call the company's phone number that is listed on Google Maps and you will get Nick immediately. I have been getting my car washed here for many years and have never had a problem other than an occasional lack-luster wash (sometimes the brush in the center bay just doesn't apply enough pressure to remove anything, especially on the rear of the vehicle). Sometimes but not often. That said, I was excited to try the far right bay which is the newest bay. Ironically, my first experience was a doozy. The machine soaped up my car as you'd expect and then the spinning brushes started rolling. Halfway through the wash the brushes stopped moving but kept spinning in place against my car. This went on for an extended period of time until they finally stopped and I could see a green light shimmering through my soapy windshield. I was very surprised to see a green light because I hadn't been rinsed off yet and the wash wanted me to leave! Well, I hesitated too long and the door closed with me trapped inside the car wash (first time for everything)! I immediately called the company number and Nick picked up the phone within a few rings. He explained how I was to liberate myself from the car wash and he offered a cash refund on the spot. He also profusely apologized for the inconvenience as he had a mechanic service that bay today and he thought everything was fixed. I was truly amazed and delighted with Nick's response and professionalism; and I absolutely plan to return for more car washes in the future. I will probably hold off on choosing the newest bay on the right for a little while, until the kinks get worked out. But it is totally understandable. All businesses go through growing pains and it is clear that Nick has continued to reinvest in his business to grow and improve the services can offer. I appreciate his attention to detail, timely response and openness to make things right. I plan to come here more often, not less. Thank you, Nick!
