Friendly staff that masked up when I entered. Oil selection was limited and prices were unmarked on the 5-gallon jugs, but they are well-stocked with parts. Would buy parts here again, but likely not oil.

They have all the parts I need in stock when the other auto parts store do not. They're very friendly, and one if the employees always has the knowledge I need about my old Dodge engine that most of the other employees don't. (Nothing against them!) Love this place, and I love that man whose name I never remember.

By and large, auto parts are auto parts. You can find parts from the same manufacturers at multiple stores, and because so many stores are part of large chains, customer service isn't always what it should be. I had the absolute opposite experience with this store. The customer service was outstanding. Because of scheduling difficulties on my end, I did not think that I would be able to get my part on time. They went out of their way to work with me, and got me exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Of course you never want to need the services of an auto parts store, but the next time I do, I will absolutely be going back here.

My brother and I were visiting friends out of town when our battery died the second we parked to go shopping. We walked to this store and the staff were so kind and helpful, one even taking the time to drive us all the way back to our car and helping with replacing the battery. We felt so lost because we have never replaced a battery or dealt with our car not starting before. We are so forever thankful to the man that was so kind and went completely out of his way to help us.

Low quality service. Do you value your time? Do you want quality service? Do you want someone who is willing to help you? Napa of Asheville is not the place to go. I needed a hydraulic hose on a Sunday afternoon (difficult I know) the man told me after finally acknowledging my existence in the same air as him that “I can’t make that hose for you I’m the only one here” Mind you I just watched another soul walk to the back. Don’t waste your time. If I could leave a negative star review I would. Napa used to be a proud place to buy parts and tools I will not be going back now nor ever again

We were headed to The Biltmore and ran into some vehicle trouble. We googled NAPA and headed over. Eddie, the store manager, helped us out of a terrible bind. We were 6 hours from home but he treated us like his next door neighbor and fixed us up. So thankful!
