Nick and all of the folks at Pro Finish Auto made my car look brand new again, and I could not be more grateful. Background: I had gotten my car into a few scrapes here and there over a 6-year period, most notably on the rear left quarter panel (see pictures 1-3). So since I happened to be in the area and knew that there were a ton of body shops nearby, I took a walk and started calling the numbers of the shops I passed. It was Christmas Eve and I didn’t even have the car on me, so most places were either closed or wouldn’t agree to meet with me since I didn’t actually have the car on hand. But Pro Finish Auto was different. I passed by the shop, called the number, gave my explanation, and Nick offered to take a look at what I had. So I came in and we talked. I showed him the photos I had taken of the damage, and he explained what his shop would do to fix it, and gave me a very reasonable initial cost estimate. A couple of days later, I returned with the car, and we quickly reaffirmed what we had discussed previously. He even offered to (carefully) try and re-set my front bumper right there in the lot, essentially as a gesture of good faith. That really left an impression on me. So we agreed to a price and a date for me to drop off the car for repairs. After dropping off the car, it took about 4 business days for me to get the car back, which is exactly the timeframe we agreed on prior to the drop-off. And when I got the car back, it looked FANTASTIC (see pictures 4-6). It was like none of the accidents had never happened. Bottom line: after a very impromptu first meeting, Pro Finish Auto ended up erasing 6 years’ worth of body damage to my car in 4 days, all for a very reasonable cost and with an exemplary level of courtesy and professionalism. Initially I was skeptical of the high ratings that Pro Finish Auto had, but now I am not surprised why this body shop is so highly rated. I cannot express enough how stunned I was with the outstanding bodywork performed by this shop; as can be seen by the before and after pictures within this review. First and foremost, I wanted to just dwelve into the professionalism exhibited by Nick throughout the process of repairing my vehicle. He kept me in the loop and texted me whenever there was any progress being made through pictures and texts. In addition, he went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and answer any questions quickly, especially Facetiming me to ensure the quality of the parts before they were installed on my vehicle. His attention to detail and affable communications made the entire process stress-free and pleasant. The efficiency and quick turnaround time (of only 5 days!!) when maintaining the highest quality of work, has exceeded all my expectations, specially as someone who has had experienced horrendous work done at other body shops. I wholeheartedly recommend Pro Finish Auto to anyone and coupled with the excellence and fantastic customer service I received, I will undoubtedly entrust this body shop with any of my future automotive needs and have already spread word to friends and family.
