My friend took me to see Hammer after my Honda Accord starting being incredibly loud while driving (think of a drag racing noise). He did a little inspection and alerted me that certain springs were missing causing it to make this noise. He was helpful and put some WD-40 on it and recommended what to do next. Definitely recommend Hammer for any car issues you may have.

They found the problem i had with my AC system and provided great service, at fair price and with the best technical knowledge explaining exactly what was going on. Hammer has been amazing! He is very helpful and I am sure he performs miracles! I took my car in for a few services and he was able to get it all done in a short time! The prices for similar services elsewhere are ridiculously high but Hammer makes sure to give you great service at a reasonable price! He makes sure that you are satisfied when you leave and wants you to know that the work he does at the shop is all high quality! He is very highly rated for good reason! I’ve trusted Purrfect auto with my personal vehicle for a couple years and now my work truck too. UPDATE 1/3/25 - I am here again sharing my amazing experience with Sean and his expert team! Brought in my other vehicle and Purrfect Auto took care of my car! Thank you so much! Purrfect Auto Service is the place to go if you need any vehicle maintenance or repairs. Hammer, the Service Manager is certainly a sheer representation of extraordinary customer service. The entire staff and service technicians are knowledgeable, cordial and friendly. We all know how tough it is to come across a sincere and honest mechanic. Well, I finally found one and definitely coming back. Definitely referring all my friends and family! I decided to come here based on the reviews and so very glad I did. The moment we walked in, Hammer greeted us with such great energy and warm smile. Hammer kept me updated with the status of the vehicle and took care of the repairs efficiently and quickly. The pricing was very reasonable. When we picked up the vehicle; Hammer thoroughly explained what was the issue and how it was repaired. The radiator and entire cooling system was replaced and I could easily recognize the work was done very well, carefully and cleanly. We got to meet the the Regional Manager, Fennec the cat whom is the true Champion🏆 Make sure you ask for Mr. Fennec, he's quite the purrfect kitty! 🐱 THANK YOU SO MUCH, Hammer, Fennec and Team! they over torqued my oil drain screw. Instead of replacing the gasket they decided to just over tight it. Didn't find out until I decided to do my own oil change months after. Avoid these dishonest techs. You put your trust and they did a poor job on a basic service. truly disappointed

I cannot give this amazing place enough stars! I'm a teacher, so I'm swamped and have only a specific budget, honestly. Not only did he take care of me and my car but went above and beyond to make sure everything else in my car was pristine. The timing he did all for my car only took a day, which let me get back to my students without further delay. My dogs and I can now ride in my car safely, thanks to this fantastic owner and his place. Please come and visit!

These guys are amazing. I had a broken control arm on my BMW that needed replacement and the car was not drivable. Omar was super helpful, gave me different options and gave me a very reasonable quote to get it fixed. They also stayed late just to get my car out of the door on the same day. I would highly recommend these people to anyone looking for honest car repair shops. This would definitely be my go to shop for any car issues moving forward!

Great shop ! Father and son team - Sean and Omar . And rest of crew of skilled mechanics - Logan . They were there for me in my time of need . My subaru broke down (overheated and blew the engine ) on long road trip and was able to bring it in to their shop on a busy Saturday in desperation. Unfortunately wasn’t a simple fix , but they were able to diagnose my problem fairly quickly and provide competitive quote for repair. Great technical expertise and quality work- from watching them . Love the family feel of the shop. Luckily my dealership is covering my engine replacement(long story) but Sean and the crew helped me quite a bit and were super friendly . They kept my car safe until I was able to haul it back home . They even helped me load up my the car up onto a trailer. They are trustworthy shop with a loyal customer base(spoke with several of their customers who love them). Wish I lived in the area and could use them as my regular shop . I highly recommend them to anyone in the area for big and small jobs . Mechanics you can trust . Thanks guys for being there for me in my time of need !
