Q can fix any vehicle and do it right the 1st time. I had bought a 2013 BMW X3 from an auction and imagine my surprise when I was on 12th Street and my car stopped accelerating. I literally had to drive the car from 12th and Greengarden to Q's shop at 15mph. Once I got it there Q got to work and quickly diagnosed the issue. He discussed everything he needed to do to the car before he performed any work. Once I agreed to get the car fixed, he immediately got the parts needed to fix it. If I told you it was a cheap date I'd be lying to you, but it was definitely thousands cheaper if I would of taken it to New Motors. All in all Q is a good guy and I take all my vehicles to him to get fixed. He has all the equipment to diagnose issues and he will get your car back on the road quickly and you'll never have to bring it back for the same problem.

This car shop is the best! My friend recommended Q Star and I can’t be more happy with the services I got from Q. He is super nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable and honest about what he is doing. Upfront immediately about the price of the work and detailed why. It is hard to find a good honest mechanic and Q Star is the one and he will always be my go to for my cars!

This is a great place to go for your auto service needs. You should be taking your car to get work done here instead of the dealer. Their specialty is transmissions but they work on all sorts of things from wiring to differentials to most everyday service. He even went on a test drive to confirm the issue with me present. Diagnostics were quick, accurate and exceeded expectations. He is extremely professional, honest and friendly. He tells you exactly what you need to know and does a great job explaining it. There was no pressure to upsell you on anything and he explains exactly what he would do if it was his car. He gives you a honest opinion about your car and treats customers with the upmost level of respect. This is what we need more of in this industry. Q star transmissions and auto service is truly one of a kind.
