These guys are amazing. I was traveling from East coast and had an issue with my rental car's front bumper. I didn't want to deal with the insurance, as it would have been time-consuming and expensive. I went to them asking for a quick fix. They fixed my car really fast while I waited. The best thing was they didn't even charge me anything. While I insisted, they asked me to give them a positive review on Google. I can't recommend these guys enough. They have the right skills, passion for work and integrity.

If you're looking for a body shop you can trust, choose Quality Assured. They do an incredible job fixing the actual car to make it safe and flawless. But what makes them special is their customer service and attention to detail. It's the experience working with them under difficult and challenging circumstances that was exceptional. Hiten, the owner, is one of the kindest and personable guys you will come across. An all around down-to-earth human. Marianne is a rock star. She keeps the job on task, updates you regularly, and is so pleasant to work with. Quality Assured does it the right way. From start to finish, the experience was easy, comfortable, and top notch. Excellent & timely service from beginning to end. The communication from the office staff was friendly & helpful. Gave them an update with arrival time, and the front office had already communicated with my insurance as well as a nearby rental office to pick me up for the rental. My car was ready for pick up as promised with repair completed by the estimated date provided. The car looks and drives brand new again!! Though no one wants to be in a collision & have to get a car repaired, this business did make this process way less stressful for me. Would highly recommend based on my experience!! 5 star service.

Quality Assured Collision Center helped me out in a super stressful situation, they stayed a little bit late for me to get my car towed in from San Diego, otherwise I would have to pay for an extra tow the next day, after my car door almost got torn off, by a driver that hit my Parked car. High level of compassion in a traumatic situation. QAC has top notch customer service, got my claims adjustor to come out right away to start working on the repairs right away, sooo 🙏🏽 grateful for QAC going above and beyond in time of need

I had a fantastic experience with quality assured collision center when my 2009 Pontiac G8 got scratched they made the entire repair process a breeze. They handled all the insurance interactions, and the only time I needed to speak to my insurance was to approve sending the payment directly to the shop. My car now looks brand new and they kept me well informed throughout the process. I attached a few photos they sent me as an update throughout the process.
