Great customer service, very informative and transparent, and best prices around! My family has returned here for years! From simple maintenence to complex issues, they've always helped as efficiently, honestly, and quickly as possible. Unfortunately, not a good experience. While yes, they worked on The truck to find the problem, we chose to take it somewhere else. At checkout, Shelby told us there was a diagnostic fee, which by the way was never mentioned prior to work on the truck. The most disappointing part was her frustration when we said we were not going to pay for the fee when it was not mentioned prior and keys were tossed across the counter. There could’ve been a future relationship with our other cars at this tire company. We will not be back due to the way this situation was handled by this customer service person.

I had previously deleted a review, trying to be forgiving for this shop misleading me about rotating tires on our 2000 Acura, however they never did as the driver front tire that had some chalk marks on it was still in the same spot. Today, I was at Discount Tire to have the tires rotated and balanced, and they told me the right front tire had a cross threaded stud/bolt , so I am back at Quality to get this repaired as they were the last to remove the front tires when they replaced the front brake pads and rotors a few months back. Additionally, when I had this vehicle at a NAPA repair shop in Nashville last week for a diagnostic on the transmission shifting, the lead tech told me that the oil filter was loose and oil had leaked out and sprayed the undercarriage of the car since the oil change (which was at Quality Tire and Auto on 09/05/2025). This same NAPA shop knows that our Acura has a slight seepage to the rear as they replaced a heater hose gasket that was located on the backside of the engine...so the excessive oil spray pattern on the undercarriage is from driving over a week with the loose oil filter. One other issue, and it's a major one as well...we had Quality replace an alternator on 6/2/2025 (along with a new battery and O2 sensor/$600 total on 8/15/25) and this new part failed on 8/15/25. Quality did pay for towing from Nashville where our vehicle was inoperable, however even though they replaced the alternator with a new part from a different manufacturer, they will not reset the warranty to 12 months/12,000 miles. So we lost ~ 2 months and over 4k miles of warranty...and salt in the wounds, they won't/can't provide documentation of the alternator being replaced under their warranty on 8/15/25...all this when we have spent almost $3k at their store in the last few months on our 2000 Acura and 2001 Tundra. Sad that it has to come to this with a shop that was highly recommended by Coleman Taylor transmissions up the street, and had previously built a great reputation of taking care of clients and showing empathy and understanding of customer needs. One last piece of advice to the owner and employees at Quality Tire and Auto...when your shop makes a mistake, learn to own it, be empathetic and at say sorry, and assure the client/clients of doing the right thing...rather than showing annoyance, resentment, and indifference on the situation, to your honest, hard working, good paying clients.

See you next time. Update - Another wonderful experience at this location. Got some tires repaired and rotated and balanced. Great customer service and friendly group of folks. Always a pleasure to do business here. I have worked with multiple sales people and had multiple positive experiences. They have always answered my questions and taken the time to explain the best purchase based on my needs. I have never felt like they were deliberately trying to upsell or push things on me I don't need. Great group of people. I will continue to do business here for sure.

I drove in from out of town on a Friday and my check engine light came on. I had to leave on Sunday and they could have charged whatever they wanted. I was at their mercy. They told me it was a pressure issue because the oil level was low which set off the code. Added oil and sent me on my way free of charge. It’s so refreshing to find honest people!!
