$10 for air in a tire is crazy and not only that but telling someone not to fill up my tires after I paid for the service is ever crazier. This place is trash and the background laughter was extremely offensive, unnecessary, and immature. I especially expected more from “grown men” but maybe puberty didn’t hit yet. 10/10 do not recommend. God bless.

Best auto repair shop in Greensboro hands down! They have definitely earned a longtime customer in me. Their prices cannot be beat. I will now come here for all my mechanical needs. I went in today for a new tire. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! The mechanics and man at the front desk are very knowledgeable and honest people. I had him check my brakes to see if they needed to be replaced. He checked it, said they were fine and did not try to get over on me at all like others may have. Keep up the good work guys!

I was referred to this shop by a friend and I am so thankful. These guys are great. Service was excellent. I knew something was up with my brakes but I’m no mechanic and I’m sure had I gone anywhere else, they would’ve taken advantage. Not here though. They removed my tires and showed me how bad the rear brakes were in comparison to my front ones. They explained everything clearly, giving me a break down of the cost. Oil change was a lot cheaper here than previous place I was going to. I definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking to get their car fixed. If anything else comes up with my car, I will definitely be bringing it here again.

Unprofessional and dismissive. My mom had a flat tire during an emergency, and she accidentally left her wallet at home. I offered to pay $5 just to put air in her tire, and instead of helping, the man working there chose to argue with me and told me he didn’t have to “tolerate my attitude.” The entire encounter made us feel extremely disrespected, and based on the way we were spoken to and treated, we felt racially profiled. All I wanted was to help my mom get air in her tire, and he would rather argue than do his job. We left feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and discriminated against. I will not return and I do not recommend this business.

I took my van in for a routine oil change and inspection. It left their shop running fine with no warning lights. They changed the oil but left the old filter gasket in place, and within minutes the engine failed. Their response was charity for excuses. They blamed the age of the motor and refused responsibility until I pressed them. After two weeks they agreed to “fix it,” then handed me back a van with a replaced engine that failed the same day I drove it home. This is not incompetence. This is professional negligence dressed up as service. They wrecked a working vehicle, offered lies instead of accountability, and delivered a worse car than the one I brought in. Do not bring your vehicle here. If you value your time, money, and safety, go anywhere else.

I got my tires and brakes replaced at this shop and I am really happy I did. I got brand new tires from them and they installed them for me. I got the brakes done a month after and my car drives like brand new! Tony was very helpful and even did a short test drive with me to make sure everything was in proper working condition. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back.
