Place looked pretty busy when I stopped there for an oil change this morning, but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got me in and out. Price was better than at the last shop that did it. Went there once before when I needed a tire and they were fast and reasonably priced that time as well. Staff was courteous, location is convenient to my home and work. No complaints from me!

Worst tire Purchase I ever made update. I got to speak with the manager about the situation with my tires and he is standing behind the tires and workmanship. He made everything right and I would definitely recommend buying tires from Quick Lube Plus

I have been going here for oil changes for many years and one time they spotted a dangerous quarter size bubble on the inside of a tire and was able to put on a used tired for me. I have also been to them for repairs. No matter what I go in for they are great, don't try to do things you don't ask for. They are also very reasonable and time efficient. Like this morning I went in for a repair expecting to be an hour or two. They got the part after I called day before and was completely done in thirty minutes.

Came here for an oil change and selected the higher tier service to get air and fluids checked. Headed to Clearwater and errors started to pop up for tire pressure on a single tire. Pulled over to find this extra cap on the wheel stem. Other 3 tires did not have that cap attached. Odd ain't it?🤔 Uncrewed the cap and it looked like the valve was broken. Broken valve stem and shredded tire. Went back to the shop and whoever the guy was tried to convince me that I put it there and it's my fault. Prior to this visit I had no issues with tire sensors or anything related to tires... I drive my car every day and not once since that singular cap, yet after a visit to this place, the cap is present, my new tire is shredded and the guy had no interest in hearing me. Bad business. Will not reccomend or return to this location.

Purchased 4 new tires from this business. Drove down Hillsborough to 56 feeling a wobble in the wheels. Returned to have them rebalance which wasn't received well. Told me it could be something with the front end. My lady and the guy running the spot had some words, so I calmly stepped in and just asked him to rebalance the tires. He felt a sort of way, but went on to do the front two himself and the original tech did the two rear. No one is ever happy having to do work over, but if done right the first time, a second time isn't needed. Following the rebalance, the tires still gave a wobble. They were clearly not balanced once again. At this point, I knew I wasn't going to get anything solved, so I just reiterated how the vehicle came in and how it left out - a smooth ride despite bad tires to a wobbly ride with new tires and two balance jobs. He told me I could go get a second opinion, which was the plan regardless of him mentioning. The second opinion showed me all the weights on the front side of all the tires and none on the back side in turn resulting in the wobbly ride. Cost us time and an additional $40 to get a job done correctly that should've been done from the onset. Hopefully, this business will take time to invest in training techs and personale to do their jobs right the first time in an effort to avoid double working and most important, customer dissatisfaction.

I appreciate that they look out for their customers, almost like family. I’ve been coming here for over a decade now to get my oil changed and it’s always been a good experience. Over the years there’s only been a couple hiccups— which they always handled with grace and took accountability to correct. Definitely recommend their services, thank you.

Got two new tires from then in June . Decent price . Took a while to get it done but that's ok . Went back to them today (August) to get my front brakes replaced . Apparently two lug nuts broke off on one of the tires . Whoever put my tires on from the last visit screwed the lug nuts in so tight that they were having issues trying to remove them . Since they were having issues with that they charged me an extra $180 ! For something they did the last time I was there .what was suppose to be only $260 ended up being $440. Would not recommend.

Even though they did my oil change in 30 minutes I was quoted $55 originally, then $60 when I cashed out and when I checked my bank account it showed $69. The man told me it was for all these things they did for the oil change which idc I would’ve paid it but be upfront and honest. Not only did they do this to me but to my best friend earlier this month.

As someone who works in the auto retail business, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt before coming to judgment. But there’s nothing more evident than the sloppiness and unprofessionalism of this place. I took my car there to get four new tires.. as they were working on the right rear tire, I noticed the kid taking off my lug nuts with what look like the wrong tool. As it turned out after he took them off each time, they were stuck in the Tool cause he was stripping them and then throwing them on the ground to try to get them off the tool, causing the threats to be damaged. Ask them not to reinstall the same lug nuts and ran across the street to get new lug nuts for that wheel not realizing that they were gonna create the same damage to all the wheels. This was Thursday today is Monday and I’m at a different tire shop who is having a really hard time replacing these Lugnuts. I brought it here because my wheels are way out of balance. I am going to be posting a YouTube video about this damage. Let’s call it. Sloppy Tire replacement, Tampa 2025. I will be editing this review as the rest of the damage Is assessed

Got car oil changed. They were very fast. It took them less than 30 mins. Technicians were super nice. While I was waiting they gave me water bottle I was nicely surprised. I would definitely come back to this location. Until now in every car service I was the technicians got my car very dirty (seat, arm rest, steering wheel) but this location didn't get it dirty at all! I was impressed.
