These people are so unprofessional. These people then took me through the wringer for the last month. They sabotage my car. They almost killed me and my daughter. In this car they put some kind of foam stuff inside of antifreeze tank that went through my whole engine and everything that’s gonna cost me five Thousand dollars these people done messed up my whole life almost took our lives do not take your car up there

I recently took my car to LNC. Larry and Kenny were amazing. Larry explained everything in detail and every possible option that I had to choose from. Larry thoroughly checked my car and found the problem. The shop I went to before LNC couldn't find the problem and just kept fixing things that didn't need fixed. Larry went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working properly and that I got it back as soon as possible. I will definitely go back and recommend people to them.

I had a fuel pump put in and they did a great job. But what I liked the most about my experience is that the customer service was great. Chardenae was a delightful secretary even called a few months down the road just to ask how was the car running. I have never had a car shop do that thank you very much

I had to get new struts and an axle after a bad fender bender and curb incident. The team at R City Auto was incredibly understanding and supportive. They got me in on Saturday and had me back on the road by early Monday, with all my fluids topped off and the job done right. Money was tight at the time, but they connected me with a financing company they partner with, which made it possible to get the repairs done right away and pay it off once my check came in later that week. I’m extremely pleased with the service, honesty, and care they showed me through the whole process. Much gratitude to R City Auto for restoring not just my car but my peace of mind, too!

I didn't have a great experience here, mainly due to communication and customer service. I was quoted a repair that was about $800 higher than I expected, so I declined the work. Because of my work schedule, my car stayed there for a couple of days. When I called to let them know l'd be picking it up, my calls were hung up on several times. I drove the car in originally, but when I picked it up, I needed a jump to get it home, which wasn't the reason I brought it in. There was also some confusion about fees, as I was never told there would be a charge for a quote and then later told it was a storage fee. It seemed like they wanted to charge me for anything they could because I declined service. I remained respectful and polite, but I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with the overall experience. I even said Thank You and wished him a Merry Christmas, but I was ignored — no eye contact, no acknowledgement! I am giving 2 stars because he eventually did come out and jump my vehicle!

horrible service.. company is not accredited with BBB. also has several complaints against them with the Ohio attorney general. They took $1300 from me then told me my car could. not be fixed. also David ( an employee of the company) said " we dont do refunds". still haven't gotten my car back, I feel SCAMMED. please reconsider if your thinking of doing business with them. I signed a warranty that stated "all labor and parts where covered up to one year or 1200 miles which eve comes first" they did not care to acknowledge the warranty at all!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
