My family and I have been going here for over 20 years. I consider jimmy part of the family. He certainly treats you like family. He is a stand-up guy and always does right by his customers. Best Mechanic I have ever used. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Even if he's not convenient to where you live. His service and courtesy are worth the trip.

I've been going to R&G for a few years now and most recently for a used car that they helped tune right up. Tommy and Jimmy are straight shooters–honest and to the point. Stay away from this place. The mechanic refused to take our 2022 Volvo for inspection, because it had tinted windows. He said it was his shop - his rules. The tint is completely legal and we have never had an issue with inspections in the past. I am wondering about all the 5 star reviews, considering such a poor service or lack thereof rather.

R & G Service Station on Utica Ave. is a winning combination of great customer service and excellent mechanics. I was able to service my first car and get it inspected and rotate in my second for the same in a timely manner, with great communication from Robert. Both cars came out smoothly running and invigorated. The shop is well organized, reasonably priced with a caring crew, including Jimmy one of the owners who checked in with me as I was leaving to see if everything was good.
