Scammers and Thieves They have an exclusive contract over the 295 Highway. No one except for them are legally allowed to tow cars from this highway. I was renting a 2024 Chevy Pickup truck from Budget. The car somehow had an electrical problem. Budget has their own private self/paid tow truck, and were legally forbidden to retrieve their own car. NYPD said if we are towed by anyone except this Knight's Collision Tow Company, we would be fined $10,000. Worst part: they only would tow to forst highway exit and force us to pay $300 for that. Now the car has been stolen (impounded) by Knight's Collision while they are closed on weekends and charging for storage during the same weekemd time periods. Thieves and Scammers.

Honestly terrible experience took a month and a half to get my car back got 0 compensation. Had to call them for weeks about my car for them to keep saying “we’re waiting on parts.” Meanwhile they were doing repairs without it getting approved by the insurance company to get more money. For example the initial estimate for repairs on my 2024 corolla was 4K and then they were charging an additional 10k for the supplement. The car is only worth 28k you’re telling me the repairs is 14k talk about scamming the insurance company. My car wasn’t even totaled. Very unprofessional will not be doing business here ever again. RESPONSE to owner- First of all can't even take you seriously with the amount spelling mistakes and grammatical errors in your response to me. Anyways the estimate on state farms end and you guys are completely different. You don't have to lie about milking the insurance company. The estimate on state farms end is 7k you guys did ADDITIONAL repairs that was NOT APPROVED by the insurance company to charge them making it 14 THOUSAND that's the issue. It also shouldn't take a month and a half to get my car ready. I would hope the car looks good after almost 2 months of "work" and 5 figures in your pocket but with the inconvenience, the hassle, and I'm getting the run around with the status of the car every week? It's not worth it. Do better.

This Business is a great place to fix your car. I got into a car accident about a month and a half ago, and if it wasn’t for the delay in parts I would of gotten my car within weeks. They updated me daily & if they couldn’t reach me, they called my husband. Very welcoming & patient. Smiles all around and great employees. They fixed EVERYTHING & if I noticed something, they told me to bring it back and they got to it on the spot. Recommend to everyone. They know what they are doing here. Great receptionist, great service workers & delicious snacks while you wait 💙 100/100

These folks know what they are doing from the ladies that run the front desk to the professional working on the car.My daughter got into a scam accident just before the holidays and the police as well as the tow truck driver recommended this shop. I can’t say enough good things about this auto body shop. The entire experience was professional, honest, and stress-free. The staff took the time to explain the repair process clearly, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated throughout the job. Coming back the 2nd time! Came here before to fix my bumper it was a 10/10 experience, affordable, fair, quick and great customer services! This time my car wouldn't start ever after a boost so l came here thinking it's the battery or the alternator and I had my car towed in (which was about $200, car was about 5-6 miles away from this location ). The tow and auto repair are two different departments so customer service is definitely different. And I really appreciate Chris and Dorinda for being so helpful and welcoming, making the environment friendly and comfortable :) And really appreciate the fast price response from Chris, which was very reasonable and fair. And their repairs comes with lifetime warranty like the sign says.

I’m grateful that out of all the auto repair shops in the area I went with Knight’s to fix my Honda Civic. Chris was wonderful to work with - he was quick to respond to my phone calls and texts and was very flexible in accommodating my schedule. He was able to find a matching door almost immediately, and the repair itself only took a couple hours. My car looked beautiful when I picked it up, they cleaned/polished the exterior and patched some rust that had developed on a different door. Like 30 minutes after I pulled away from the shop, my bumper got pulled off by a hit and run. Chris immediately offered to reattach it when I called him and it was fixed within an hour. Overall I had a wonderful experience and was very satisfied with the service!
