BK from R&R took great care of our Model X when it needed to be towed to the Berkeley Tesla Service Center. He carefully loaded the car onto the flatbed truck in front of me and unloaded at the service center without damaging the wrap or the car. Would use again (but hopefully won't have to).

Good people at this company, I highly recommend! I explained to boss man at 11pm that my elderly parents were stranded on the side of the road with three blown tires.Boss man explained cost details and told me Josh would call me. Josh called and was very polite told me he was on his way. He arrived and had me look underneath car to see some minor damage that had also occurred from the incident. He noted also at the time that there didn't appear to be any leaks. We were appreciative of that extra care he gave us. Thank you both for the kindness of helping and being good people, especially so late at night and on a Saturday!

Have had multiple services and repairs on two different cars. Always get excellent work done and can trust them to not do unnecessary work or over charge me. Quick to finish the job and sometimes the cost may be lower than the estimate. Honest , polite , explain things clearly, get you in and out same day or next day. Have already got my son and roommate referred to them , won't overcharge you , recommend R&R to everyone.

Not a fun way to start a Monday when your car won’t start. The first towing company didn’t work out, so R&R towing came to my rescue. BK was amazing! I had special requests and BK was very reasonable and accomodating. Their trucks are very clean and professional as well. They took extra care to not damage your car and restrained it safely. Horrific service and horrible workers! I called for a tow truck to pick up my car at my house. The driver is sitting in front of my house. I ran down like hey I called the car is in the parking lot. I walked back to the parking lot thinking he would follow and he took off. I called the number provided and the guy who answered was just as rude and incompetent as the worker . He lied and said they tried calling me and he ended up hanging up in my face. DO NOT USE this tow company. If I could go lower tha a 1 star I would. I also will be contacting a supervisor and the BBB on this company.

Had a wonderful experience with having my car towed by BK. He skillfully was able to tow a very heavy car out of a tight driveway/hilly road situation. He was very detail oriented about his preparation and I trusted his judgement. I knew he was different because he asked for photos of the car and approach before deciding which truck to bring. Would highly recommend! Hopefully I never need another tow again, but I would especially request him moving forward.

I’ve had to use R&R towing a few times now for towing my race car to various shops for unexpected issues and I can’t speak more highly of the experience I’ve had with Aman, Harry and the rest of the team. They’ve always been extremely careful to not damage the car given how low it is, really communicative during the pickup process, and overall just immensely helpful and nice people. While I hope I don’t have to get towed more, it’s great having them here to support me if anything comes up. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
