Excellent mechanic, but does not listen to instructions. Asked Leo to install a tow hitch setup on my pickup trucks frame. When I came to pick it up, it wasn’t installed. He asked me “Do you really need a tow hitch?” and laughed. Well… yes I do, and now I am getting one installed today at Yuba City uhaul in order to tow a load of bricks to a jobsite. Please do not judge what other people need and don’t need for their work.

Leo is the man!!! I've been having issues with a loud sound coming from my front passenger tire and today my ABS error light came on. I took it to Leo ain't after a 5 minute test drive he was able to diagnose and found the bearings and wheel hub were shot. 3 hours later I picked up my can and couldn't hear a peep. Love this shop.

A year ago I took my Toyota Tacoma into have new brake pads installed. Leo told me you still have plenty of life on them, why don't you come back in about a year. So I did and he had my done in no time. Leo is a rare breed, an honest forthright mechanic. I highly recommend him.

Leo is the best! It's hard to find a decent and honest mechanic. Leo lets me ask as many questions as I like. He not only explains what's going to me, but he actually shows me everthying. His prices are too low. He should charge a lot more, not just because he's the best mechanic, but also because his customer service is the best. How often can you say "I trust my mechanic," probably never. So to me, the peace of mind Leo gives me is priceless. I can't recommend him enough. He has our family's business for sure, as well as our friends and co-workers business because we can't stop recommending him. He's always a better price than other shops (usually by a few hundred dollars!) AND his work is better by a lond shot, plus I can ask questions and see everything! Doesn't get better than this.

My ,my, my, how time flies. My cars have been patients at this Clinic for what seems like 20 years or more. Like any good Doctor you see you need to call first, or drive by to make an appointment. He is always busy. I am sure that the Auto Clinic has a loyal and ever growing clientele that is as steadfast as I am. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship here. Leo, once after diagnosing one of my cars problem told me, "Buy another car." "This is going to be very, very, expensive to repair." Leo is as honest as they come and the rumor is, when the Subaru dealership is too busy, they outsource their work out to him. I once went to him because my car kept overheating coming down from Tahoe. It was the biggest emergency I've had with my Subaru Outback. He took a look and told me to replace my coolant cap. He didn't charge me a cent. The dealership would have charged me at least the diagnostic fee, if not, thousands. He has earned my trust and respect. Thank you Leo.

I took my car here a few months ago, for its annual maintenance. I usually go to Auto Plus, but Foreign Auto Clinic is closer, so I wanted to try it. One specific request I had was for him to check the brakes, since they had been making a lot of noises. When I picked up the car, he reassured me that the brakes were fine and did not need replacing. Took my car to Tire Choice yesterday for a tire rotation, said nothing about the brake noise, but they called back to tell me my rear brakes were shot, and with a frozen caliper to boot. Scarred and pitted rotors, too. The other guy must have lied about checking the brakes. I'll never go back there.
