Went in with a flat tire, I needed patched. The woman at the front desk instead of letting a TIRE TECH check it, asks me if it's repairable. I state that it is (not my first flat). I say the hole is between the sidewalls to the center of the first line of lugs, very repairable. So she just stares at me, instead of starting a work order. I asked, very loudly if I needed to go to Purcell Tire in Henderson... I did, fixed, no questions asked. Go across the bridge before you deal with this place. 9.4 miles is NOTHING when it comes to quality and peace of mind, especially in this economy and this time of year.

Very pleased they had tire that I needed after blowout however had asked them to check the air pressure monitor in that tire as have had leaks in 3 of them up to this point and this tire had a very slow leak up to this point. When I picked up the car, I asked if that had been checked and they did not know but sent someone out to check it. When I got to my car, he was letting air out, a lot of air. He said whomever worked on it had overfilled the tire by a lot. He noticed that there was a part of the fender liner that had come loose during the blowout and was poking very close to the tire. He got something to tie it to the fender which was very nice but why didn't the guy fixing the tire do that? The next morning prior to leaving the area, I checked tire pressures and this one was still too high even though I told the guy checking them that the pressure should be 32.

I had my motorhome serviced here for the 1st time and they experience was excellent. They changed the oil and filter in the engine and also the generator. They also changed the fuel filters for both and the air filter for engine. I will use them again.

My tire was really low on air. I thought it was just because if the weather changes. Hot one day then cold the next. I stopped in just to get some air. There is a nice young man that came out to put air in my tire. If it wasn’t for him noticing I had a nail in my tire, I would have really been in trouble. He took the time to show my by putting soapy water on it, that you could see it bubble. Raban tire is the best. They got me right in and fixed it. Thank you young man and thank you Raban tire.

Lost my wrench to get the hubcaps off the Grand Marquis... Pulled in and the manager improvised used a combo of tools to get them off. I tried to hand him 20$ he says come back sometime if we needed tires and don't worry about the$. Very nice.

Fast and friendly service. The price for foam filling equipment tires has gone up substantially since a year ago when I last has it done, but the price for most things have. I'll continue to use them in the years to come.

I called at 12:40 and ask for an appt. for oil change and they got me in at 1 pm . I had put on the oil filter wrong and they changed the oil and checked out the van to make sure there was no other problems. I appreciate them taking the time to make sure there was no other issues and I’m very happy they got me in so quick ! Very nice people!

Worst place you can go to. After they done alignment and was wondering why the steering wheel is steering to the right. Jeff provide no explanation. I asked if someone can help me to get a better understanding of the steering wheel has to do with alignment. He said no one then told me “this conversation is over and I’m busy, you can leave” then proceed to sit at his desk! Real helpful.

Front end alignment for a 45' motor home. Front desk said they can do it. Scheduled an appointment for about a week later. Drove 45 minutes to get there. Arrived a little early. Waited for the tech to return from lunch. Only to have the tech say he can't do it. Maybe didn't have the proper tools? Didn't know how? Drove 45 minutes back home. Maybe communicate a little better between the techs and front desk as to what can and can't be done!

Asked to have tires swapped to new wheels and new studs on one wheel. Tire service tech, Larry, was a very conscientious and professional man. The Raben “mechanic” was called out to change the studs. It was later in the day and hot. The “mechanic”, after a few blows with a hammer, decided that the hub was pitted and refused to do anything until a new hub was installed. He said,” the DOT officers would pull that wheel and brake drum and see that pitting and deadline the truck”. I am a retired officer after 28 years of service, as well as a certified semi truck front end technician. I have never heard of an officer tearing down a truck to see if there was a component that “might “ fail. His statement is nothing but a dishonest tactic used to force a customer to spend more money and do repairs that are not necessary. In order to get the wheels back on the truck, I personally bought a new hub and installed it myself. I will never use Raben tire or recommend them to anyone. It’s a shame that one employee can smear what has been a good business reputation.

I had an appointment on Monday at 8:00 to grease fittings on the springs of my 5th wheel RV. When I pulled in, I talked to the guys in the shop, told them what I wanted and asked if I had to leave my trailer there. One of the guys said that he would start the job immediately. He had a little trouble getting the grease to go in but worked on it until he got it to take. He finished the job in a little over a half an hour. I thought they did a great job and would recommend anyone to take there equipment there for service.

I needed two trailer tires replaced in a hurry. The Fares Ave location had the tires. Not only did they take care of the trailer tires, but they worked my truck in for an oil change & tire rotation while the tires we being installed. One stop shopping. Very nice!

As an OTR trucker, it’s important to be able to get good quality service when on the road. While traveling, I noticed three tries on my trailer need to be replaced. I went to Raben and they had the tires. They changed and mounted them quickly. However, when they took them off, they noticed some damage to my studs. They replaced my studs to prevent an accident down the road. These guys are top notch and conducted a detailed safety inspection before allowing my fleet vehicle to leave. This is by far the best quality service I have ever received on the road and they will also be a vendor I will use. Great organization!!!!!!!

Commercial driver that had some spare time on the road. Thought I would get 4 drive tires replaced. I stopped by without an appointment. Service personnel were quick to assist. Helped me select the right tire for my budget and had me out the door very quickly. I appreciate that type of service. Price was reasonable.

This is not the extremely high quality tire store I remember from 40 years ago.But it really is still top of the line in service. The employees know me..i go in several times a year... mostly with commercial motor vehicle tire problems. They work hard to listen and come up with the best solution. If you have tire problems go here first. I have never had a complaint about Raben.

I went to Raben for flat inner dual on my truck. They fixed it quickly but the tire was compromised and blew out before I was out of the parking lot. That's to be expected. The staff treated me very well and helped me select a top quality set of replacement tires. I had a great experience here and recommend them.

Picked up a loaded semi-trailer in town that happened to have a flat. Took Raben a couple hours to get me inside because the shop was busy, but the job took less than 45 minutes and only cost $75. Drivers - Be very careful getting in here. The service is great, but its really tight for a 53' and a sleeper.

Use caution if you're from out of town! My family and I were traveling from Ohio to Arizona when our RV ran Into some mechanical issues so we took our RV to Raben for our repairs. Upon picking our RV up we were notified that the hub cap wouldn't stay on, well when you break 3 tabs it's not going to function properly, no offer to replace it, no manager on Saturday. Upon further inspection they left grease marks, tire stains where they leaned the tire on the side of the RV and left a magnetic light attached to the frame rail. I'm assuming because we're not locals that they could less about our business.
