9/12/20 @ 955AM, full service available again with little wait time and all hands on deck. A great experience today with the guys doing every detail. The lobby recently go a minor make over with new searing and a couple of massage chairs. Even vacuumed the small leaves in the trunk.

You can tell the employees really don't like what they do. It shows on their faces and attitude. This used to be be a very pleasant experience with the old owners, Now all you see is Corporate GREED and high prices with a surly staff. If I were you I'd go to QuickQuack where the staff are much more welcoming and prices are more reasonable for monthly washes.

Since the company changed ownership, prices have gone up while the quality of service has declined. For a basic car wash, they no longer even spray water beforehand, and towel drying is now only offered to members. If they planned to raise the price, they should have at least maintained the previous level of service—or improved it to justify the increase. Unfortunately, with the current setup, it’s just not worth going anymore.

The place is high-end very expensive compared to other car washes and be prepared for a very long wait from the minute you pull up to the minute the car goes through until it is dried it is a very long time I only go here because it's conveniently close. The wash is very good they do a good job but it is very expensive like I said and takes a long time from the minute you get out of your car until it is finally dried By Hand by one of the people who work there

In short DO NOT GO HERE! I do not write many reviews, but this was so bad.I had to write one. i had a full service wash. They are supposed to vacuum, wash the car and dry it. Cleaning it inside and out. The car came out of the car wash still filthy dirty and the attendant did not even wipe it off on the outside. He did vacuum the car, but he skipped the entire back seat and under the front seats. When I went to get the car, the front grill and top of the hood were still black with dirt. I had the attendant wipe off the car while I watched him. He did a fairly good job as I pointed out the dirt. he did do a nice job on the windows. And the tires. But not the rest of the car. I did not notice The dirty floors, until I started to leave. I went back and had him vacuum the back and under the seats. He did a terrible job and left all kinds of trash, hang crumbs under the seats I don't think they'd take much pride in their work and I will not go there again. Save your money and go to the circle. K wash. The only reason that got two stars is because the people are very nice But being nice doesn't get your car clean

I always get excellent service at Raceway Car Wash. They do a great job taking care of my car. Oh I love to skateboard on their property, tons of cement and blacktop!! They have the nicest and friendliest people working there, always helpful!!

Damaged vehicle and horrible customer service. This place has been terrible since Raceway took over. They raise the prices and take away all of the services. I had a membership and first they took away the hand drying. They still cleaned the wheels after the wash but it was hit to miss if the attendant actually did it or not. Apparently they stopped taking rear wiper blades two months ago. When I went for a wash yesterday the car wash completely ripped off my rear wiper blade. I pulled back around to speak with manager once I realized what happened and she was very young and completely unsympathetic and refused to do anything other than cancel my membership. Never using them again and do not recommend to anyone.

After going through the very quick(not even 2min) car wash for $15 my car was completely dirty in the back. You could see that the brushes have not even touched the car. After talking to the manager and voicing my dissatisfaction they told me that I should have paid more to get a better wash. The refused to rewash my car for free and I had to pay $5 to get the car washed again. Even after 2 washes the car is still dirty. This is so unprofessional and I will never go back there
