I had an 07 Silverado that the heater core quick connects broke off, and was able to get it towed to RAD and get it fixed the same day. The next week I brought my 99 Silverado to Taylor’s shop and had them diagnose my heating problem and look over the truck. Found that the thermostat needed to be replaced and needed the radiator and heater core flushed. All in all my experience with Taylor and his team was great. Great customer service and great work performed. I would highly recommend RAD for all of your vehicle needs.

True story. I traveled from NC to AL on a two-day trip; arrive of a Friday morning and leave Friday afternoon. But, at 9:00 am, one of my fuel injectors went bad in my F350. Called several shops and RAD was the only one that said "bring it in" but could not promise repair on the July 4 holiday weekend. But, by 2:00 pm, I was ready to go. Mike got me squeezed in and Justin did outstanding work. And, the price was in-line and fair. I even got a follow-up call. Thank you RAD.

Working with Donnie is unbelievable, I have never met a more knowledgeable expert on everything related to cars. He diagnosed what turned out to be an engine bearing failure on our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and not only that, but worked with the local Hyundai to make sure we were able to take advantage of the lifetime warranty engine replacement that I knew nothing about. Donnie's attention to detail and care is impeccable. I've found where I will be taking my vehicles for the rest of my life.

We're in Huntsville camping for a week and my 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 started experiencing serious problems with the accelerator. The kind that leave you on the side of the road. I contacted RAD and they squeezed me into their schedule that day. I know I was lucky they had an opening--they were busy--but they fixed the issue same day and even insisted I test drive it with them to make sure it was 100%. It runs better than new. They really saved our camping trip and we are most grateful.

My 2011 F250 started having black smoke out the exhaust and throwing numerous communication codes. Reis Auto and Diesel was able to quickly diagnose the issue as being related to a failing PCM and even though the part was showing back ordered was able to find one and get my truck up and running. While they had my truck they were also able to fix a nagging issue I was having with the advance track and discovered a loose ball joint that I had recently had replaced by another shop. In the end my truck is running better and smoother than it has in some time. RAD did top notch work, and kept me informed all along the way. Highly recommeded. Thank you RAD, Mike and Taylor

Departed NETexas on 8/28 arriving same evening in the Fayetteville Tn area for a planned 4 day mini vacation to visit friends. After starting engine the next morning on my 2013 GMC Sierra 2500 equipped with a Duramax Diesel engine I was surprised to see a check engine warning light along with an emissions warning and engine shutdown processes to begin rapidly. After calling 6 GM Dealers within a 50 mile radius asking for help without success I franticly googled “diesel repair services” and saw Reis Auto and Diesel in Huntsville about 4o miles away. Made the call and talked with Frankie the service manager explaining my ordeal! Frankie advised to bring my truck to him within the hour and he would check and probably repair by end of day! What a lucky break for me! Frankie and the folks at Reis did exactly as stated. What a great group of folks at Reis! Charges were reasonable and I could not have been more pleased! If not for Reis this could’ve turned into a real horror story….

Bring my 2020 F250 Super Duty here for all maintenance and work needed. The shop is honest with timing, pricing, and future maintenance suggestions. I took my truck in for rear brakes because they where squealing. I talked to I think Frank and he let me know that the brakes has plenty of meat on them and that I probably need to get some good braking action on them to knock the metal particulates off and clear the noise. Got the truck up to highway speed and used the brakes correctly and the squealing stopped. I will keep bringing my truck to this spot.

I dropped my truck off at reis auto & diesel a couple of weeks ago to get a crankshaft sensor done and they got it done in 2 days. I had to bring it back less than a week later because there was another issue with it. Taylor and his guys spent countless hours working on my truck just trying to find what was wrong because it was throwing them in loops. They got it figured out and back to me a day later. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and work. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody that needs work done to their vehicle because they do high quality work and they are very fair with their customers.
