Thankful for Rick’s Tire! Traveling back from a trip late Sunday afternoon and had a puncture on my tire. Stopped and switched out with the spare. Immediately googled for repair shop and after scrolling down six shops closed found Rick’s open on a Sunday. This was 3:47 pm. Driving 50 mph on interstate is just dangerous! Arrived about 4:15 and was directed right into a spot. Patched the old fashion way & 15 minutes later & $15 I was back on the road! They saved my butt! So grateful for the fast, kind & friendly service!

Bought a tire from them , wasn’t even 30 mins into me driving in tn highway. In the far left lane before it blew out . Called their number . Went straight to voicemail. Had to get someone to drive there just to speak to someone . I was stuck on side the road for 2 hours . In TEXAS HEAT . Get my donut put on a car by someone , tell them I need my refund an he refused to give it to me . Told me to ask the man who he sent to assist me for my refund . After the man told me he doesn’t even work for them . You don’t conduct business that way with loyal customers . Imagine being stranded in HEAT for 2 hrs after biting a new tire. That’s insane & they will never have to worry about me supporting or referring them again . That was bad business

Went by this tire shop on Sunday (very few others open) after flat on I35. Guy there was very friendly and knew pretty quickly that he wouldn't have a tire to replace what I had. He was very helpful in checking the pressure on my spare, adding air, and validated that it would be fine for rest of trip back to Dallas. Thank you!

My mom and I can't thank Chase and his wife enough! We were stranded in West, Texas at O'Reilly yesterday not knowing how to get our 2012 Honda Odyssey fixed so we could get back home to Dallas. He drove 20 minutes to come check it out and then called for a towing service to take it back to his shop. This morning, he worked on it for hours and was able to get us back on the road in no time! Thank y'all so much for the friendly service. We will never forget y'all's kindness :)

I had one tire changed by Rogers. Asked him to order another one for the same price. Went back to change it. A new guy. Rude. Disagreed on price. Made me pay more and gave a different tire. Didnt give the receipt or warranty either. Had to demand it. Very dishonest, rude and ill-mannered guy works there. The Latin workers are nice, decent and give good customer service.the business runs on their hard work. I will not go back because of the bad guy working there. He's a mechanic or co-owner. Very greedy man.

Waiting on my refund, purchased a tire that had "great rubber" and a warranty ... Tire went flat with a huge tear in sidewall only 7 minutes on the HIGHWAY. Made sure I got a warranty since reading reviews, but since the owner hasn't responded. I even went back to the shop the day of and they confirmed I'd be getting a refund. It's been a week now ...
