Horrible experience. Took my 2018 Ford explorer in. I called twice a week for updates and was told it will be done in a week every call. Months and months went by. Lost my job and my house due to my wheels in the shop. He replaced the motor with the wrong motor and blew sensors all over it and again we waited. He had the explorer over a year. When we finally got it back we picked it up along with the replacement motor on a pallet. He refused to fix the car. Cost us over 4,500 our home and my job and nothing to show for. No refund just a car and a motor on a pallet.

I promise you, you will regret using this business. I PROMISE! His prices are cheap for a reason!!! Took my vehicle here for a new engine and radiator and when i get it back, it leaks oil and antifreeze the day i picked it up. He refuses to believe its leaking but there is oil stains on my driveway now. And the radiator only stays full for 1.5 weeks and i have to fill it back up. Also, everything under the vehicle is coated in FRESH oil. The oil isnt even dark! His response was.....it doesnt leak anymore than any other vehicle on the road.......but really. It does! Never had such a horrible experience with a "mechanic".

Mike thought my mother in law wrote a bad Review on his business, which she is phone/computer illiterate and Mike felt the need to get rude. I don’t know any review sites that give out anyone’s phone number that’s giving a review Mike. She was trying to address in person the issue about her car that your business damaged and is taking no accountability for. Instead you wanted to discuss a bad review you thought she wrote. Well, Mike she is currently without a car and thousands of dollars for a car you just put a motor in.
