Very dependable and meticulous in their work. Their shop was very clean so I knew that they would be taking extra care of my vehicle. I had priced brakes and a fuel pump at several places, not only was it the cheapest in town, it was done on time and right the first time!

They been having my car 3 weeks and keep lying about when it's going to be fixed. I paid them the $1858 and they keep making excuses. They said when they get my transmission in they would start on it but they lied. They got it Wednesday and my car still sitting in the same spot. They said they would be working on it today but they closed. I can't go to school and have to cancel my birthday plans. I would not recommend them.

I like Kingdom Automotive! Mike and his crew are really great guys plus they know what they are doing. Its hard finding good and honest mechanics so they are a blessing. I have been going to them for years and each time they took care of me. They always have time to check my vehicle when I bring it and they are quick when it comes to diagnosing the issue. Kingdom Automotive is my go to when there is something wrong with my vehicle I wouldn’t go to anyone else I trust them!

Easily one of the best if not the best shop in waco. i've brought in different vehicles on numerous occasions and have had the pleasure of both Mike and DJ work on them and they are both awesome and very professional.

Horrible. Would give zero stars. Doesn't stand behind his work. Had my car for over a year. He said it was fixed, picked it up, and it was not! Took it back. Now, over a year later, we have to take it somewhere else to have it fixed correctly. Paid him $3600. Definitely will be consulting a lawyer. In response to your response...No, we brought it to you to have the timing chain replaced and were told it needed a new head as well. Paid for that work. The clean out of the metal should have been done at the same time as it is very common when a timing chain breaks. Wow!

Had my radiator fixed by them. They were honest about pricing and didn't over charge. They also picked up my car within an hr. Very reasonable priced for the work done. Best part was i only had to wait a day! Will be using their services again.

I promise you, you will regret using this business. I PROMISE! His prices are cheap for a reason!!! Took my vehicle here for a new engine and radiator and when i get it back, it leaks oil and antifreeze the day i picked it up. He refuses to believe its leaking but there is oil stains on my driveway now. And the radiator only stays full for 1.5 weeks and i have to fill it back up. Also, everything under the vehicle is coated in FRESH oil. The oil isnt even dark! His response was.....it doesnt leak anymore than any other vehicle on the road.......but really. It does! Never had such a horrible experience with a "mechanic".

Horrible experience. Took my 2018 Ford explorer in. I called twice a week for updates and was told it will be done in a week every call. Months and months went by. Lost my job and my house due to my wheels in the shop. He replaced the motor with the wrong motor and blew sensors all over it and again we waited. He had the explorer over a year. When we finally got it back we picked it up along with the replacement motor on a pallet. He refused to fix the car. Cost us over 4,500 our home and my job and nothing to show for. No refund just a car and a motor on a pallet.

This place is great! They took care of my classic Bronco 2 and it runs like a charm. If you take your vehicle to them you won't be sorry. Forget those big shops where you are just a number. Honest hard working common sense men.

I refer Mike's Car Care every opportunity I get because they are very good at what they do. You will be very pleased with their work and the cost is fair pricing and they back it up 100%. As a woman I have to be careful because I have been ripped off by both mechanics and used car salesmen who believe women are naieve. Any way, you won't regret ever having them take care of your vehicle, whether maintenance or repair, they do both for me and I wouldn't have it any other way!!!

He charged me$3,000 to change my valve cover gaskets.when that didn't work he said it'll be $5,000 to change my upper and lower pan gaskets 2013 f250. I feel he knew what's the problem was but I think he just kept changing the price on me

Mike failed to disclose my car was broken into and damaged while in his possession. (Lied) This lead to weather damage to my leather and broken glass as well as other exterior damage. He said he would refund part of my payment and never did. Very poor communication at best, I am disappointed.

Mike, the only one playing games is you. You told my mom (MDH her review below who you say isn't a real customer) you would refund her payment after my dad paid you. Then when his payment went through you stopped returning calls/texts. And this all wouldn't be the worst, if the car ran, now we are out $3000 total with a car that doesn't run. That extra $1500 you pocketed was my retired mom's monthly SSA payment.

EDITED 3/4/26: I'm very much a real person and you know it. Remember the red Chevy Cruze? I paid you cash and then my ex husband paid you on venmo, you said you would refund my cash payment on venmo when his went through. You're just a liar. Any legitimate person reading my review can contact me!!! I brought my vehicle to Mike's last month for repairs, trusting they would handle it properly. I was charged twice for the same work, which Mike (the person I dealt with) acknowledged. He promised a refund via Venmo and assured me it would be processed quickly. That refund never arrived. Multiple calls, messages and attempts to follow up went completely unanswered-no response, no callback, nothing. Worse, barely a month later, the car has started stalling in traffic. The "repair" clearly wasn't done right and now I'm left with a dangerous vehicle and no resolution. This feels like a straight-up scam: double charged, ignore promises, provide shoddy work that fails almost immediately, and then ghost the customer. I wouldn't trust them with any vehicle again. Go somewhere else that stands behind their work and actually communicates. If you're the owner/manager reading this: Please honor the promised refund and address the failed repair properly.
