Amazing! We were driving back from Sequoia National Forest when several warning lights popped up on the dash. It was Sunday evening so no one was open, so we stayed the night in Palmdale and called Ramon first thing in the morning. He made time for us to come in this morning and helped us promptly. Ramon's place was confusing to visit cuz there was no one in the office to service you. The workers, and perhaps the owner of the shop, were working on a couple of vehicles. So I kept asking, " where do I sit? " "Where do I go?" They dis have a waiting area, but the setup was just awkward. They told me they jus take your number and customers drop off their car..🤷🏾♀️ I was like, oh, ok. They got 4 stars cuz they're jus so sweet, honest, and overall great vibes! I didn't need any work done after all, however... I had an oversight on something!!..

I was recommended here by a coworker who once use to work at this shop. Explained to Ramon that i was hearing noises from my driver side. It was almost closing time on a Thursday evening, so he told me to show up the next day during his workhours and would diagnose the problem. I was trying to leave with an estimate, but he was very professional in telling me it is better to diagnose because it maybe something very minor. Sure enough Friday morning we went to drive my car to figure out the problem...Ramon took his time listening, and asking me key questions. Once we got back to the shop, he lifted the hood, and i had a worn hole on the strut mount. He ordered the part, told me he would call me once the part arrived. He completed the job in decent time, and allowed me to drive the car to approve the work. I was very happy, no more knocking sounds. I will be using this shop moving forward. Another shop tried to charge me over a grand, and said i needed both struts replaced. I always found that to be a bit fishy. Always good to know there is still honest people like ramon out there.

I visited Ramos shop and asked him to look over my car. He was nice and to the point. He chaned out my battery for me, chared me $30. He was a bit pricey and strange forward. Took him 20 mins to change my battery with no other customers present. But still good service.

I took my car to this shop to see if I can get it looked at because of all the good reviews I saw. But left very dissatisfied with the customer service received. As soon as I told this man what I thought the problem with my car was he proceeded to tell me the only way was to replace the engine or that I was better off selling my car. When if he couldn't do the job all he simply had to say is I can't but you can try another shop. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I drive a 1987 Toyota Camry and I drive from the San Fernando Valley to have my car taken care of here, my car runs super smooth and though its so old and with lots of miles it's still going. Ramon's Auto Repair was awesome. I spoke with Ramon over the phone prior to going there he advised me of the cost for my service and I went there and there was something else wrong with the vehicle other than what I had initially told him. He found the issue he repaired it with cost he was fair he was knowledgeable he showed me everything made me feel extremely comfortable with understanding exactly what was wrong with my vehicle that had been diagnosed by another mechanic who gave me price ranges that was out of this world. Ramon is a wonderful honest person he's generous he was kind and I couldn't be happier. I don't live in this area I live in Los Angeles however if and when I need car service I will travel here just to take my car to Ramon's Auto Repair.
