Their service was impeccable from the estimate they gave, to how quick they were able to fix my car, and all the extra work they did (washed & detailed ) my car which REALLY impressed me. I took my BMW for a small repair to the bumper from someone rolling into it at a red light. I am in love with my car and was petrified to take it to anyone. The color is also a difficult one to match being a dark grey metallic. I can say that the work was performed in a very fast time and looks phenomenal. It is a better finish than when it left the factory and way better than before the damage happened. If you are scared to take your car into one of the many bodyshops in Cape Coral you can rest easy that Rapid service will do a great job. Very happy to have found such a competent bodyshop. Some one hit my fender in a parking lot and drove off. I need the truck fixed in 2-3 days. They said no problem. They completed in 2 days. Truck looked great and was done on time. AND they let me pick it up on 4th of July when they were closed. If you need a body shop please stop by.

5 Stars for sure and they even held up to the company name of "Rapid Service". I had a back door on my Whip Chevy SS that was rusting and could find no one willing to make the repair. In the end they advised me that it was easier to just buy a replacement door and they would then paint and install. I had a few other little areas that needed touch up painting and they quickly handled the work in just one week! Highly recommend them for any body work! They get the Fox Body Mustang next for touch up and other work as well. They really earned my business and went above and beyond expectations.

From the moment I walked into Rapid Service Body shop, everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to work with me on my issues with my car. Besides doing an excellent job on the paint job, they also fixed other problems I was having. When they were done, it looked like a brand new car! Beautiful!
