This is the only shop in town that I trust and have returned to multiple times because their customer service is top tier. They’re welcoming, quick but thorough, honest, and have excellent communication skills. They’ll do just about anything to accommodate their customers. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted with a smile and asked what services I needed by Adam and mentioned that I needed some air in my tires. Within 10 seconds Colton was filling up my tires and mentioned one was very low if it drops again bring it back and he will remove it and check it out, 10/10 customer service &&&& they are literally right next to my house! Speaking with Luis from outlaw tint I asked Luis if he knew of any good honest mechanics in town that can handle a quick in and out oil change (where I didn’t have to leave my car all day since I have had bad experiences at wal mart and valvoline I called arojmd 1600 hours to ask if it was possible to get my oil changed and tires rotated… Corey the owner told me to come on in that they would take care of me. I am a former customer of another tire company who has come to my senses and am now using Rapid. These folks have a talent that’s rare anymore. THEY LISTEN !! They’re professional and show it. The shop is clean. The office, waiting area, and the bathroom are clean and Staff is friendly and speak to customers without prodding. Staff members speak to each other and seem to enjoy their workplace. I trust these folks and will continue to bring my vehicles here for service. I found rapid tire after having a bad experience at Jose automotive in San Jacinto. Cory and his team are top notch, automotive professional mechanics. Drop it off my truck was very easy as they wrote up the ticket and entered my information to their system, which only took five minutes. I was able to point out and show Cory my concerns with my truck. After diagnosing my truck, Corey was able to call me with an update as well as send me the repair list of what they found wrong with my truck. What I like is the fact that Corey was able to communicate all the issues my truck had with one simple phone call. I was able to look over the repair list and Pick and choose what services I want it done. Also was able to decline services that I didn’t want to do. Communication with Corey was A+ and I’m very happy with the work that they have done and I will be going back for any type of automotive repair I might need. Even if it’s not something that they do, I would still take it by there to see if Cory be able to do something for me. Anyone reading this stay away from Jose automotive repair on Esplanade and state. They will rip you off. To Cory and the whole service team I thank you very much for your professional services and I look forward to dealing with you again in the future

I had a terrible experience at Firestone so I called and Cory was so helpful and friendly. When I got there Dan made me feel so comfortable and helped me with all my questions. They got my car completely fix at a very reasonable price, even lower than Firestone and fixed firestones mistake (it was my rack and pinion on a 4WD car, not an easy thing to fix at all) Cory even made sure I got back home from his lovely shop driver. The whole experience was awesome and easy and I will be going back for all my car needs. If I could give more than five stars I would!

I always have a great experience when I get to Rapid tire, all the guys working there are very knowledgeable and courteous, especially Corey Wilson, what a guy! Corey actually remembers nearly everyone's name that comes into his shop, this must be some kind of super power. I actually live over an hour away from Rapid Tire and I happily drive the 2 plus hours round trip for all my auto needs. I go through tires on my full size truck twice a year and will continue to make the trip up to Hemet to get all new tires! I also found out that Corey Wilson used to be the coach of hemet high wrestling team and was responsible for coaching the very first CIF wrestling team title that hemet high has ever had back in 2015, so, ask Mr.Wilson to show off his super double leg takedown when you go in!
