My friend and I have been using Raul's mobile repair for a couple of years now. He is a great mechanic and very affordable. He has been available late at night, weekends, driven me home after dropping my car off, picked things up for me at the auto parts store and made arrangements for pick up or drop off if we couldn't find a time that fit us both. Honesty, good work and affordability are unbeatable.

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Raul’s Mobile Repair service. Firstly, scheduling an appointment was a nightmare. Raul was consistently late, keeping me waiting for hours without any communication or updates. When he finally arrived, his attitude was lackluster and unprofessional. He seemed disinterested in the job at hand and didn’t bother explaining the issues with my car in a comprehensible manner. To make matters worse, the repair work itself was subpar. Not only did he fail to fix the initial problem, but he also managed to create additional issues with my vehicle. It felt like he was more interested in cutting corners than providing quality service. Overall, I would not recommend Raul’s Mobile Repair to anyone in need of reliable and competent car repair services. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a more reliable mechanic.

Well I told you that I would leave a review after 3 months so here we go. Raul did the engine swap on my 2008 Prius for $800, plus $100 for the fluids. He told me the process would take a day to complete, which was odd to me because it generally takes longer. Nevertheless, I allowed him to do it, and at first when I texted him he needed more time. That was okay with me, it was what I was expecting anyway. However, he kept on delaying until eventually it was finally done after a week. I would have been okay with him completing the engine swap in a week, but do not mislead me into thinking the repair is going to be done in a day! When I drove it, it seemed like he did a good job in swapping the engine. He then asked me if I could leave a review, which I did not want to yet because I still want to drive the car more before I give my final thoughts. A couple of days afterward, I popped open the hood of my car and I found out my coolant level was well under the minimum line. I texted him about it, and he told me to fill it up with the coolant he gave me. I was confused because he did not give me any coolant at all, and mind you I paid an extra $100 for the fluids. He then said to just fill it up with water instead. Okay... that's weird but I just bought myself more coolant. He then asked me about the review again, and I told him I'll post one in 3 months (the amount before the warranty expires). 3 months later, my car (thankfully) is still running fine with no check engine light *knock on wood.* All-in-all, he managed to do the engine swap at a low price, so the job is done. However, it took some inspecting to truly ensure my car was safe enough to drive on the road. I also did not like how he started as if he'd complete the engine swap quickly, it took a whole week, not a day.

He answers and texts back right away. Raul did an amazing job on a starter replacement for my 2010 bmw 535i. Definitely my new go to mechanic! Also, he has great prices, definitely won’t try to get money out of you!

STOP STOP STOP!!!!! Before you call this mechanic for any issues, DONT!!!! I scheduled an appointment with raul to have my rack and pinion and suspension parts replaced. we made an agreemant as to what he would be changing and for how much. when the day came to get this job done, he was a no show, no text, no call. i called him and he stated " i was sleeping" " oh yea, we do have an appointment". I couldnt believe my ears. You cant run a business and have horrible communication skills raul! I see that most of the people on google gave him 5 stars for small jobs. Then when he books a job that requires som elbow grease, he bails! DONT GET THIS LOSERS HELP, SAVE THE TIME AND ENERGY LOOKING FOR A PROPER AND RESPECTABLE MECHANIC!!!!! DONT SAY NOONE WARNED YOU!!!!!!!

Not using my real name because I don’t trust what he’ll do with my personal info. Not a great job, was very rude to me and my wife. Over charged on the repairs saying he can’t guarantee it’ll be fixed. Went to another mechanic and they were able to fix it cheaper and knew what the issue was,

I made the mistake of paying him ahead of time, I figured it was too purchase a new transmission. This was in August, not only did he not do the job, he spent my money and now says he will have to give me what he can. Except he will not show up call text no communication. He never bought a transmission. When my daughter tried to contact him, he stayed by telling her I was on drugs, coz I called him at 2am. First off, his hours say 24hrs mon. Thru Sat. When asked he said that is only for people in side of road. My family has been without Vehicle since August, he says he will show up then just don't. I have been given every excuse I'm losing my house, I'm too busy. Ect.. I'm not going to sit here and bad mouth him, but he took my money in August, I'm still waiting for my refund since he did not one thing to my vehicle. Raul u can't tell people on Friday"I'll be there on Monday", then I text you on Wednesday where you at? What happen to Monday. I'm trying not to lose my house was his response.DO NOT USE THIS GUY. HE WILL HAVE THEFT CHARGES AND FRAUD CHARGES BEING FILED shortly after this review. Since August people!

Big thank you to Raul’s mobile repair! I was sure I would have to tow my car to the BMW service center after my battery completely died on me. AAA wouldn’t touch it and Raul came by the same evening and replaced it on site. He is responsive and affordable. Great Service!

So I found this company on google and I’m alllll about reviews! His were good and I decided to give it a go. I had just bought a car from someone and they had cleared the codes and now I had a car with unknown problems. He’s mobile, so we met up and he immediately diagnosed it and was ready for repair, within 30 minutes. This guy is very knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you! He fixed what was wrong and he did a test run and even checked up on me a few days later. He was so honest, quick, reliable and knowledgeable, that I decided to come back to him to fix my brakes. He came to my house, as promised and fixed my brakes in less than an hour. My new “go-to mechanic” for everything! I highly suggest, if you’re looking for a reliable and affordable, not to mention HONEST mechanic!!!! I’m a single Mom of two young boys. So trust me when I say… this guys is too legit. You won’t be disappointed!

Raul is a really good mechanic. He is very trustworthy and honest. He fixed my whole brake system waaaaaaaay cheaper then what the dealership quoted. Helped me get a new battery and was very polite the whole time. I would highly recommend him. I kinda don’t want to recommend him because he will be too busy to fix my other cars .. but he deserves it 🤣🤣. Def book with Raul I had a good experience.

Lied to me saying starter is going out. Busted my key open, didn’t properly put on my Purge valve which takes 5 seconds and charged me $45 for just putting in on incorrectly. I told him I already went and got a diagnostic that morning when I went to purchase the parts and everything I needed. . so that was no longer needed. Ignored me and still did it anyways and charged me. I told him I wanted my transmission fluid flushed when I made an appointment. Still did diagnostic check And nothing came back . $100 just to get lied to, my key broken, Purge valve not properly put on, and didn’t flush my transmission And told me my starter is going out. I went to Actual mechanic later that day to get told I got scammed. Never again. If you are trying to save money, better to just go to an actual Certified mechanic.

Don’t use this man. He’s unprofessional, non responsive, undependable, doesn’t return calls, ordered incorrect part for a catalytic converter and it cost me $350 extra to get the correct part as a restock fee. And NEVER returned calls to come back to install it. On another car, he worked on injectors and I paid him $150. Car started for one day and then not again. Don’t use this “mechanic.”

Had one of our trucks break down in the Central Valley, seen a few different mobile Mechanics and notice he had several good reviews so gave him a call and he was out to my driver in about a hour . He assessed the situation found out what the problem was, gave me price of the part and picked it up returned to disabled vehicle and installed and had my driver back on the run in about 2 hours. The price was fair and will keep his number for future reference and if one our company trucks takes a crap out in the valley he’ll be the guy I’ll call. Guess you can say I now have a mobile mechanic in the Modesto area of needed

In evaulating a used car for me, he checked the engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, leaks, damage, and tire tread wear. Did a 10 min. Test Drive. Extremely professional and patient. Answered all questions thoroughly and easily understandable regarding any imminent repairs. Amazingly helpful in our negotiation of a used car. Would give a hire rating if possible! Was prompt in his responses.
