This will be a bit long but worth the read. I’ve been a customer of a previous company before RAW. I went to check this company out as they have brands no one normally has or will get. I originally stopped at the store at 59th on Saturday the 8th of October 2022. I literally filled out an application was given a website to look at rims and tires, if I found something call and they would call me back yesterday Monday the 10th of October 2022 no call back. So I decided to go to the location on 23rd st in OKC on the same day, where Matt and Tina greeted me and helpout. They got me approved, verified, wheels and tires picked out, contract taken care of and install scheduled for next day October 11th 2022 in a matter of 30-45 minutes. Matt took my wheels and tires to the 59th location for me and had them ready for installation by time I got off work. I arrived at the 59th location and waited almost over an hour to be installed for no reason, called Tina and she got my car in and out. Pros: Amazing wheels and tires, they have payment plans, you get an alignment voucher for your vehicle at Firestone and a bunch of other amazing items. I purchased the scorpion off-road wheels and AMP tires! Definitely go to the 23rd location!!!

If I can give these people a zero star I would. Cecelia and Daniel are scammers! Beware! I purchased a set of wheels and tires. Let’s start of with the fact that they broke 5 bolts so my car couldn’t drive anywhere until it was fixed, bf had to come do that cost an extra $60. 3k for set was crazy so they took off the 1k, still a bit too high but whatever. One week later I decided to return them. Daniel and Cecelia tried to say they could not close the account because I need to return a battery pack. I honestly never received one , the cleaner and lug wrench yes but no battery pack. Instead of helping me figure it out or giving me options , They spoke to me as if I was a liar and trying to steal a battery pack . Long story short they won’t close my account because of a battery pack yet they got the wheels and tires in pristine condition that was only used for 2 weeks max. Crazy part is I would have been happy to pay for the battery pack just to close the account smh. Horrible service horrible customer service and a total scam. BEWARE . pictures below of where they broke my wheel studs.
