Had my motor replaced there once the new motor got there they did the swap in a timely manner once they were done with the motor then my transmission went out on them and they had to wait for a transmission to be delivered and once they received my transmission they got it done. Now I’m one happy lady cause I finally got my dart back. It might have took a bit to get it fixed but it wasn’t their fault it was the warranty people but they fought until they got the warranty people to cover. If I need anything else done with my car I will definitely be returning. Great job Ray’s.

We had a wonderful experience. My car door was so smashed I couldn’t get in and out and upon getting an estimate, they fixed it so I could go in and out. They finished my repairs early, communicated clearly and when we got my car back it was deep cleaned, smelled amazing and looked branded new. I never knew an experience like this was possible. 10/10!

I couldn't recommend this business more highly! I tried a different shop first and that place couldn't diagnose the problem after keeping my car for a week. Then I came to Rays and they fixed the issue in a day! The staff were honest, efficient, friendly to work with and communicative through the whole process. I googled Rays Auto because I needed a handful of things done on my older vehicle. I decided to keep my hooptie until the wheels fall off instead of getting a new car. I explained to them that there is probably A LOT that needs done but for today I just needed the more important things done. Shannon was able to diagnose a couple of things that were causing problems and give me a MORE THAN REASONABLE estimate. They fixed those things in less than 24 hours and when I paid for services, the price did not exceed the estimate. I appreciate that he didn't try to hussle me, he was fast, efficient, and the customer service was amazing. The communication was excellent! I will gladly come back when its time for my next repairs! Thank you for making my car troubles WAY less stressful than any other time in the past. You guys rock!
