We recently took both of our cars up to Ray’s for oil changes and some standard maintenance; one for an ABS/Stabilitrak issue, and the other for front and back brakes. In both instances, we received top-notch service. The office staff was knowledgeable and professional, and did not try to persuade us to purchase additional high-margin, low-effort elective services. I did not feel like they were trying to milk every penny out of me so they could hit their monthly sales targets. A long-term customer relationship seems to be their strategy (go figure). We will definitely be back.

I just returned from a trip with my 5th Wheel Trailer and had a concern about one of my suspension components. Asked if I could bring it by and Ray's responded immediately in the affirmative. They gave it a careful inspection and addressed my concern quickly and efficiently. I now have great peace of mind for my next trip. I love Ray's. Their depth of technical knowledge, experience and professionalism make them my Go-To for my trailer, truck and car. They are honest and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The are a gem here in Avon, Ohio.

A friend was telling me about her frustration with a business and felt poor service is becoming more prevalent. I had to tell her about my great experience with the quality of service at Ray's. Even though it had been five months since my oil change, they fixed a problem with an oil leak and did not charge for the fix. Ray's was recommended by a friend & I was not let down. I took my 5 yr old RV in for a safety inspection and expected to be told I needed belts, hoses, tires ect. I got a call with great news that everything looked good. The staff is friendly, the place is huge & clean. I met the owners Ray & his son Mike who took time to say hello. Mice had built a nest behind my cabin air filter and in spite of my best efforts to remove it, there was debris that I couldn't get to and it affected the blower. I was looking for an alternative to going to my dealership - where labor and parts are pretty pricey. I decided to give Ray's a try and I'm so glad I did. The service was fast, the price was fair and they are honest. I won't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!

Friendly, honest and fast service. Had my driver side window regulator replaced, two new tires put on and a brakes inspection. I believe they were also able to find the parts needed for my window repair at a cheaper rate than initially quoted, which was a nice surprise and definitely appreciated. My wife and I drove to our daughters home from Philadelphia and we had some problems with our car; Our daughter recommended Rays Auto who made a appointment right away and their service was tremendous; They were able to service our vehicle before we had to return to Pennsylvania; My hat goes out to Bob, Mike and Ray who took care of us. They are very reasonable and professional to us; I wish they would open a branch in Pennsylvania near where we live! I HIGHLY recommend them; You will not be disappointed

I took my F-150 to Ray's for brakes. They beat the competitors prices. Good communication throughout the repairs. Excellent customer service.. edit for one year later.. upcharged me 100.00 on the part for my latest repair. Now I believe in making a profit but 50% is a little steep.

During holiday travel from NC had a major coolant leak on my 2014 Ram 1500. Found Rays near by and noticed great reviews, so we gave it a shot. Explained the situation and how we were leaving in two days! They took my truck right in, found the issue, ordered the part and had me on the road within hours! Cannot say enough about the service and willingness to get the service done right and in a timely fashion! Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
