I called and made a one o'clock appointment .took my car in,i was told it'd be done in an hour.I came back in two hours.And they hadn't even looked at my car yet. They said they got busy and couldn't do it.I then asked why they didn't call me to tell me they were running behind the guy Shrugged his shoulders and said he was too busy. I said it would have took you two minutes to call me to let me know. They were very rude and didn't seem to care that they wasted my time! Why make an appointment if you're not even gonna do my car. I then called elyria, they got me right in and they took care of my car! I will never again go to the avon.Firestone!

I can’t speak to the quality of the work because I couldn’t even get through the front door. I visited the store in person and received a quote, but when I called the very next day to place the order, I was told the tires were suddenly unavailable. It only went downhill from there. I made three additional phone calls trying to get this resolved. Each time, the person I spoke with was unable to help but assured me I would receive a call back. To no one’s surprise, that never happened. It’s clear my business isn't needed here. If you value your time and expect basic communication, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

The sensors were incorrectly showing conflicting amounts of air, compared to what the amounts should have been after filling them. This specific store (Avon) is a mess and totally unorganized. For some reason I have multiple accounts with my phone number. Each time I go in I remind them of this. When I go in they tell me I need services that I’ve already gotten done. The last time they said I needed new tires when I had just purchased tires from that store less than a year before!!! The manager and the guy who checks you in are not very polite. I’ve seen multiple people in the manager position and it’s honestly getting worse each time a new person takes over. While I was waiting on my car there were 2 other customers that they messed up their cars using wrong parts. One guy they had to take to get a rental because they couldn’t even fix it that day! I will not be taking my car to this location anymore!!

Amazing service! Firestone has the best price and service for tires! I was having issues and Antonio the manager came out from the bay to assist me. He was cordial, professional, and made me feel comfortable! I was driving through Ohio, when my tires blew out! Fortunately, I was able to find Antonio. I was originally going to go to Discount Tire and saw the banner across the street stating they sell tires. After a quick conversation with Antonio he matched the same Bridgestone tires price at discount to top it off I needed an alignment which they offer unlike discount tire! One stop shop!
