Horrible experience at this place. Go here if you’d like to be name called and disrespected by the staff. Who ever the mechanic is working the back is miserable and disrespectful.

I went there for my car inspection and the guys there were so soft spoken and friendly. Got the inspection done and was out in 20 minutes flat. This is the place to take your car. Especially for Inspection IYKWIM.

Got a rejection on my inspection for failing the emissions test. Took it to the dealership and there wasn’t any problems or reason for it to fail. Went because it was close to my house but now I know better.

I went in here (after numerous other places that day, to get nothing but a quote) since I had hydroplaned from 495 south in the FAST LANE, spun all the way onto the OTHER side of 495 NORTH…and I still to this day cannot BELEIVE I walked way with not a scratch on my car or ME…but SHORTLY, after I had hydroplaned, I was going out of my mind trying to get the grass from underneath my undercarriage, so I came to Rays just days before for an INSPECTION STICKER—well I have to tell you, when I went BACK for underneath my undercarriage & to get a quote (MIND YOU-most places were giving me $200+ rates JUST FOR PUTTING MY CAR UP ON A LIFT—never mind any of the labor needed!!! Well when I went in here, I was greeted by the older gentleman, I’m not sure if his name but he had told me just go home, have my father help me put it up on his drive up ramps, and just get a hose with the hardest and most powerful setting & turn it on, watch how much grass comes out of my tires, rotors, breaks, rims and anything else. He was just being a very kind sweet man that he is, instead of making money off of me which he could have EASILY done!! It is really good to know that there is STILL KIND, sweet people in this world! ESPECIALLY AT AN AUTO BODY SHOP Where things can EASILY Get overpriced!!!! Very very pleased IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!and to say the least, I WILL be back WITH ANYTHING ELSE I EVER NEED with my vehicle!!!

SCAAAAM ALERT! I went to this place to do my state inspection sticker and after they change my sticker, the guy came to me and show me a small head light that he change because he say that the light wasn’t working. He charge me $55 and I payed. Last week I recommended this place to my friend and the guy did the same thing with her but he charge more money. Be careful with this place they gonna charge you for something that don’t exist!

Went to get a state inspection. Guy said he wouldn't pass for inspection because the front window has too dark of a tint. He the tint is aftermarket and not factory standard. I have a Subaru crosstrek purchased new, directly from a dealership - the window tint is factory standard. I still have the laminated sticker from the dealership detailing the price of the car and all the standard and upgrade features. Window tint is definitely not listed as an upgrade and I definitely never took my car any place to pay for a different tint. The people at this place can't event tell what a factory standard Subaru crosstrek windshield looks like. Never trust them with your car. I went 5 min up the road and passed an inspection with flying colors.

Kevin & the Guys were my go to mechanics for years. Moved out of state and def cannot find anyone that compares to these guys. Miss them all! If I ever move back I would def take my cars to them again. Best in the area! Knowledgeable & Honest.

Best mechanics I have ever had hands down! I drive from about an hour away to come back because they are honest, trustworthy, hard working, give you a fair price, and are some of the best guys I know! They are so smart and find creative ways to fix some of the weirdest problems. They have served my whole family for years. As long as I live in MA, I will be coming back!

I went to Raymond’s Hilltop today for an inspection sticker. It was my first time. Raymond was very professional, efficient, personable and kind. I was actually having a bad morning, but my experience at his shop turned it all around! It’s rare to find such wonderful customer service these days!
