Was recommended this shop by TWO DIFFERENT friends. Had Triple A bring it in, thought my 2006 PT cruiser just needed a tune up and a new battery, after their diagnostics (with pictures and videos of every step along the way!) Turns out I was driving a ticking time bomb! Ethan called me and talked to me about the myriad of things wrong with my vehicle and we came up with a solution that worked for all parties. Needless to say.... I was not investing that kinda money in a 2006 LOL! Their work and their process was such that when I get my new(er) car, I'll be bringing it to them ASAP for one of those diagnostics again! They go through all items that pass inspections, everything that is an issue NOW, AND they go through what will become an issue down the road. Will recommend, will be back!

100%. Will be back. They got me in VERY last minute (luckily, don’t count on this)- but they did everything I needed, gave me a full work up on what they “suggested”, with no pressure. Sent me text updates, and they were quick, thorough, professional and affordable. Very happy customer!

After researching various auto service companies within a 200-mile radius, I selected Raytown Repair to service my 2020 Lexus GX 460 and I couldn’t be more pleased. At my request, they performed a comprehensive service including oil change, brake fluid flush, coolant system service, power steering service, front and rear differential oil changes, transfer case fluid change, air filter replacements, tire rotation, and full front brake and rotor replacement. They also inspected the entire 4WD system, transfer case, and drivetrain. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and follow-up support gave me real confidence in the quality of work. Highly recommend Raytown Repair for expert Lexus/Toyota care.

These guys are the best! They made my old car feel like new again! They are the most honest and reliable shop I've ever used. Today, I had to have an expensive repair done and they found that I didn't need a certain part, so instead of putting it on and charging me anyway, they told me and saved me a few hundred dollars! I highly recommend Raytown Repair.

We had some unexpected repairs we needed done on my wife’s vehicle. The price seemed competitive with a couple other quotes we got and though the overall cost was very expensive for us I’m still very impressed with the speed and quality of service. Everyone I talked to was extremely kind and helpful, we will likely be bringing our cars back for any service they might need in the future.

Poor Business Practice Went and got my AC fix here due to all the reviews and at the time believed they’d be very trusting and helpful. 3 weeks later my AC went out and I called back as I know these things can happen and was told they’d inspect the problem for free, especially since we spent over $400 three weeks prior. When inspecting the AC the second time there was an issue with the blower and the AC was going to cost more than it was worth to fix, so we decided that was not the route we wanted to take. They understood, but then charged $91 for inspection and our problem was not fixed and was told to look at the AC would be free. We paid the money, but I will say it was extremely frustrating the problem wasn’t caught the first time so we wouldn’t have had to waste over $500 on a problem not fixed. If you’re looking for a place I’ve been treated better at commercial repair shops, and this experience has been a fear come true as not everyone is as trusting as you’d hope!

Called to get an estimate or ballpark figure how how much it would cost to get my catalytic converter fix was told they get give that price over the phone because it’s to complex of a job if you can’t at least give a ballpark figure then you must not be that great specially when other shops give me a figure plus I already know which one needs to be replaced an where this is located at isn’t that complex Edit I already knew what was wrong with it the catalytic converter had a crank in it plus you where the only shop that couldn’t give me a price on how much it would cost an wanted to charge me for something I already knew was wrong with the car shops like this that won’t give you a quote is not a good shop to use there more in it to rip people off on something they already ready know an looked at them selves

We have both our Hondas serviced here. Great staff. Ethan calls with updates and he is a no pressure kind of guy. He gives his opinion and tells you what must be done or what can wait. Very fast turn around on all services. I highly recommend this place! And a side note. Glen is the best around. Keep up the great work.

First off I am bad with names, but the lady answering the phone thay thoroughly explained the services that are provided was wonderful and she greated me when I walked in. They provided a complete assessment of my car within a few hours; sent me pictures gave me a nu.ber to call and the gentleman was kind and very knowledgeable and went over everything in detail. The affordable price was worth it!! I unfortunately was sold a LEMON , however YOUR services gave me a peace of mind to know were I stand and where I go from here. On another note, I am a Black female and I am always cautious and leary about going into a business and not getting treated fairly or being lied to. I felt NONE of that. I was treated equally and they may not realize it, but that alone speaks volumes! I really can't say enough, and I will definitely be back and tell everyone I know about your services. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PERFECTION OF SERVICES AND HONESTY THAT YOU ALL PROVIDE!! AND YOU ALSO SHOWED THAT YOU ALL CARED ABOUT THE FACT THAT I AM STUCK WITH THIS CAR !!!! LOL , I HAVE TO LAUGH TO KEEP FROM CRYING, BUT SERIOUSLY GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Took my little Ford Fusion for an emergency repair after my tire tread blew on the freeway. Beth and Ethan were so great and extremely helpful. Had to order two new tires, and had it back by the end of the next day. So, super fast turnaround time and even patched up the fender from where the tire tread ripped it apart. I cannot thank these kind folks enough for helping me out of a tight spot, and will gladly use them again.

Car showed a message that parking brake was engaged. But it wasn’t. They gave me an appointment the next day. They couldn’t get the same error when they tested it. Communication was really good. They texted me an inspection report and then called to go over their recommendations. Not high pressure. Just the facts. We’ve knew it was time to replace the brakes. So I’m getting mine done next week and my husband will get his done week after. All in all a great experience.

Am resenting my previous review to to give them one star and this is the reason I'll let you listen to what happened to me and you decide first all I called just to have my Cadillac converters tested the shop Raytown repair receptionist is pushing for a whole car inspection and all they will say is a whole car inspection is $145 I should not have had accepted that I should have walked away especially when the receptionist doesn't know how to test a Cadillac converter being a HVAC engineer and a mechanical engineer for over 20 years I find this suspicious and they did find all the problems with the vehicle but this was the other problem after I picked it up the fan was running without the key and ignition it had never done that before until after I picked it up and then I got an airbag warning beep and now I have a solid check engine light on as an engineer this would be my first step if the reverse lights are out first thing I'm going to check is the car fuse then on the report it said I needed to check the reverse light bulbs now I don't know what they did but for any electrician it would be checked the fuse box first make sure the fuse is not blown second make sure that power plug is powered up so therefore you have to check the voltage at that spot but when I call them they said they did not do any electrical probing how did they determine it was the bulbs but in reality I unhook the reverse lights 5 years ago because it had a shirt in it so I isolated that system so that meant I unhooked the reversed light from the transmission so it will not blow out a fuse so as I say as an engineer my first thing will be to check the power to those reverse bugs and the fuses now they said they did not probe anything I wonder how did they determine it was the bubs as I said you make your own decisions 24 hours after I picked up my truck my heater blower motor was running without the key in the ignition this is never happen and then I got a airbag warning beep after owning this truck since 1999 I pretty much known everything that was wrong with this truck also I have worked at Manheim Auto Auction where I personally Witness tampering with the vehicles to bring on engine warning lights so when it gets down to the auction it sells at a discount they asked me to bring my truck back in for them to look at but at me being a maintenance engineer HVAC engineer and a mechanical engineer no I think something else was going on like I said you make your own decisions this is just what happened to me and especially with all my black brothers and sisters do not go there and get talked into a whole car inspection like I say you make up your own mind you make your own decision but I give them one star or really I give them no stars
