After being told my bill was $900 over the phone I went in to pay it. As I tried to write a check I was told we don't accept checks do you have a card. After I gave them a card and paid my bill I noticed a $25 convenience fee on my bill. I asked what is this fee for and they said for running my credit card. At no time was I advised over the phone that they did not accept checks and that I could bring in cash to avoid a convenience fee. This is illegal and cannot be done by private businesses without disclosing that they charge a fee. I will be letting the attorney general know about their business practices and I recommend everybody beware of this business. I gave them an opportunity to make this right and their response was go get cash and pay it even though they had not informed me of it in the first place. So now I have to spend more time to play by rules I didn't even know existed because they lied to me. Be very aware and look over every part of your bill before you pay it. They also tried to charge me $20 more than I was told by the tow company. I would not recommend this business and I certainly will not be back and I will tell everyone I know who asks about my experience.

Needed quick check on something under truck .. .got it in put rack , found problem (loose oil filter ) .. tighten and out I went , no charge , usually 100 just to raise and guess anywhere else

Took our car there for oil change. Two days later car over heated, Took it back to have checked out. They told us what it was and how much. The day we were to pick it up, they found the reason for it over heating. After spending 3000. to get all fixed. Cars check engine light came on! Took it to Dave Cross, they found out tech had cross threaded the on oil cooled and and twisted the lines over and covered them. Cost us 2500. To repair the mess they made.

I've had Rick's do inspections on my cars and had them do an alignment of my Mustang. Everything was up front and they did a good job within my budget. Yes there is a fee to use credit cards because banks charge the business for having/using a machine. Most businesses hide that charge in their cost. They've been honest and straight forward.

Honest work at a fair price. I know from time in the waiting room that each of the people they call back get the same treatment. Rick's tells what they've found wrong, which items are urgent and which are necessary, and what it will cost for the repairs chosen. No pressure. No unnecessary service items. I asked for an opinion on some service my dealer shop recommended. These guys explained why the service is a good idea and said it doesn't need to be done nearly as often as the dealer recommends. I trust Rick's to do any repairs I need.

Ricks auto clinic was fantastic!! I only wish I would’ve gone here from the beginning. Sean was very helpful from the beginning in finding me a solution to a pretty tricky issue with my axle rod. They took care of everything I needed at a fair price and got the work done in a timely manner. As a business owner I can appreciate how honest and transparent they were throughout the process. Thanks again to everybody at ricks for helping me out and prioritizing my issue! I have several vehicles and will be bringing them here from now on!

Not sure what has changed over the years but I recently had an oil change completed at Rick’s and I ended up finding a stripped out oil plug when going back to change it myself. I called them up and they offered to remove and finish up the oil change for the cost of labor. This was all well and good until about 3 days later when I was leaving my driveway dropping a line of oil in the concrete. The new plug put in was so loose it was leaking In a line. If this place can’t figure out how not to screw up 2 oil changes I don’t think they’re the same quality they were years back. I’ll spend my dollar somewhere that takes a bit more time. Old Review: Ive used Rick's a few times to date and both times i was reasonably quoted to begin with and then they got the job down sooner than anticipated and charged me even less. I've never had anyone be rude to me and i always received an honest diagnosis and lead time for the work.

My 80-year-old mom was in from out of town for the holidays, and her fluxx capacitor (or thermostat something) went out on her car, and luckily, it was in my driveway. Jason was super friendly and very helpful! They got her car in the same day, gave us timely updates, were able to order the part, get it fixed, and get back to us the next day. Thankfully, it was only a one day setback to her trip, but it was made a lot easier thanks to Rick's Auto Clinic, and I appreciate the customer service they provided during the week of Christmas.

Rick’s Auto Repair is an honest reliable shop. I had my oil changed at a Jeep dealership and then notice I had an oil leak on my garage floor. I had appt for front brakes at Rick’s shop and had them check for leak. They found my oil pan plug was very lose and they tightened it. Saved me from disaster!!!!! Front brakes are great!!!! Great job! Take your vehicle to Rick’s. Very nice people.

Mechanic Trusted. These people are my partners in keeping my vehicle on the road. First let me say, the owner couldn't be a better guy. Hard working and dedicated to his staff and his customers. My #1 mechanic referred me to Rick's for a transmission flush. If my mechanic of over 15 years trusts someone, then you better believe I take that as gospel. To prove my point, I forgot I had my "emergency $20" in the center console when I dropped the car off. That $20 was still there upon pickup. A+ service. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. We have had all of our family's vehicles worked on by Rick's and they are always honest and only offer to fix what needs it, giving you options if needed. A very, very trust worthy place.
