I walked in at approximately 8:05 or so. He gentleman in the office was on the phone when I entered. He didn’t acknowledge me, I waited patiently for him to end his call in teference to the price of hay by the bushel. Once he ended it, the phone rang again, he chose to answer it and still not acknowledge me, this happened two more times. I started to walk out before he acknowledged me and asked what I needed. I needed a car inspection for DMV. He had an opening at 10:30. Hot he type of car and year. I left and told myself no matter how far I have to drive today, this guy will NOT get my business! You sir shouldn’t treat potential customers as if you were doing them any favors. This business is only 2 blocks from my house. Needless to say, I drove 4 miles out of my way to Ricks Auto Clinic, where they were extremely professional and courteous!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Taylor’s All Cars for many years. My experience with them has been exceptional. Jim & Co. have always been honest, thorough, quick, reliable, and priced better than anyone else I've found. I don’t go anywhere else. I only wish they worked on diesels!

I've been bringing my vehicles to Taylor's All Cars for years and I've had nothing but great experiences while dealing with this shop. They were recommended to me by a life long friend that I love and respect very much. I always deal with the mechanic named Jim, and he's always been honest and fair. I always recommend this shop when anyone has car troubles. Today is Friday Jan. 4th 2019 and I'm having my vehicle towed to them today and I'm positive I'll have another great experience with their service.

I have always trusted Taylor's, have spent alot of money there, took my car in to be looked at, tags up 2 years yes I know I wasnt driving it, jim chewed me out on the phone totally acted disgusted it was up two years, treated me as if I was a second class citizen, I even gave him 20 bucks for looking at my car! Got treated horrible and nothing was done and there for a day. Next time I brought it in he purposely (me having appt for work done) made me wait 5 days to get my front bearings done and I had made appt! I will never go back again, it is NONE of his BUSINESS about MY TAGS!!! So what he has done due to not keeping his emotions in check was cause his boss to lose money, I need brakes and back struts and going to BARRS. Now floyd is a sweetheart.

Wonderful mechanics. My grandmother has been taking her car here for years, and highly recommended I go after telling me how honest they are. I have taken my car to Taylor's for over a year now and they have never tried charging me if there was nothing wrong. If I am tight on cash, they tell me which repairs can wait awhile, or aren't quite needed yet. On one occasion I was late coming from work and they were there waiting with my keys 30 minutes after closing after I called to apologize about being stuck in traffic. The fact that they are not open on weekends is something I am more than willing to work around in order to take my car to them every time it needs work done.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNDER NEW OWNER AND MANAGEMENT. Took my vehicle here on March 22nd to change my front brake pads. A job that normally take an hr and a half took 3 and a half hours. After picking up my car I noticed there was a dent in my car 2 days later. Went back spoke to owner and he sent me to get an estimate to get it fix. Sent him estimate via email and he stated that he is not going to fix it because he feels like he is been scammed. I've been going here for 10 plus yrs when his dad owned the place and Jim and Floyd were the mechanics there. I spent 400 to change my brake pads that morning, but he had the audacity to say he feels like I'm scamming him when he was the one who told me where to get the estimate. Now I will move forward with my lawyer because this is outer garbage.

Not sure how the shop runs and operates their reception/ customer relations. So I'd say 'mechanics/technician' will get the job done and are Hard working, afternoon services representative lacking communication, recommend dealing directly with the person you spoke to, if possible by taking names and holding their word responsible We got the AC fixed ✔️ Asked for an estimate on brakes looking towards taking care of it all at once ❌ Asked for estimate in person, again, but No printed/ written estimate of brakes given (told not available).. Only a verbal quote of $$$ ❌❌ Keeping up with who says what, when and how they say it and finally understanding why things are said ❌❌❌
