Micheal really saved me in a bad situation. My vehicle was broken into and sustained a lot of damage. Micheal arrived quickly, assessed the damage, retrieved the necessary parts, then returned to fix the car. It was a really big job, and he really made a horrible situation a lot better. Called Mike and he came right over. Diagnosed what the problem was. So I bought the part. Came back two days later to do the job. Told me that it was going to be 200 dollars to do it. Did the job in 10 minutes or less. Charged me 125.00 for a job he didn't do. Car was still making the knocking noise. Come to find out. It was a bolt missing from getting breaks done that was making the sound. I will never do business with him again. U took my money and didn't do the job.

It was convenient to be able to get my car fixed without having to drop off at a shop. He came to my home I was able to work while he worked on my car. Listen!! I was having the hardest time ever with all the shops wag me and wanting my eye and arm to fix my car lol I ran into me. Carrol he was fast, professional and very responsible I saved over $500 coming to him. He gave me a time to fix my car and showed up early and ready if I could give him 10 stars I would. On top of that later on after fixing my car he checked in with me to make sure every Was still good for me. I'm definitely keeping him as my mechanic

I called on 08/03/2025 at 9am and was told that he could come out and look at my truck around 3pm. I texted him my address and info on my vehicle after I got of the phone. At 3:10 I texted to ask if he had an ETA. After not hearing anything back I called him at 3:44 and could not reach him or leave a voice mail because his mailbox had not been set up. I tried again at 4:17 with the same results. When I called at 4:56 he answered the phone and said that he had been in a meeting with Ford and would get ahold of me when the meeting was over. At 6:54 the next morning he texted me to say he got super booked up the day before, and that he could be to my house around noon. I asked if he could please text me to let me know when he was on his way and then told him that I had to take the day off work so I was really hoping he would show up. At 12:03 I texted him and asked that he please keep me updated. At 4pm I called and got no answer again and have not heard anything from him since.

Inconsistent communication, didn't finish the job. Mentioned my truck seemed different and asked to be looked at while the rest of parts were to get put on, never came back after three days of getting paid majority for the service. Had to have another mechanic finish the job.

Did good job on a motor mount so had him do the control arms. After installed control arms , while braking car made loud bang sound. Called to have him come back to look at it and got ghosted. He will do the work at a “cheap” price but if anything goes wrong your screwed
