Pretty good people but why charge for a diagnostic if you cant tell me whats going on with the car waited a week for a part and the part they ordered did not even work really wish they would be a little more professional and reasonable. But overall good people .

I'm new to Missouri and unlike Kansas, Missouri likes to make it somewhat of a hassle to register your vehicle. Some background info, I'm from Kansas where a VIN inspection is required if you bought a vehicle out of state. I lived near them so that's the reason I chose them. Friendly, honest, and professional. They've explained what the safety inspection is to me and what can cause a vehicle to fail it. I just got a vehicle from an auction and knew there would be problems with it. Sure enough, the front lower forward control arms were shot. I got to go with the mechanic to see why that part failed in person.
