RC's has to be the most unprofessional, and technically incompetent establishment I have ever used in my 54 years of living on this earth. As a former 27 year Naval Engineering Officer, that specialized in Electronics, I have never heard such an unknowledgeable explanation on why the owner / technician didn't inspect their work after installing the lights on my truck, nor did he know or check for the daytime running lights feature (Halo daytime running lights option) installed in the light assembly. When I questioned the owner about the halo feature on the driver side light that was not working, the owner said he didn't know that the lights he installed came with that feature that is why he didn't check to see if the halo / running lights worked. How do you as the subject mater expert and professional, install faulty equipment and charge the customer for labor without giving the customer a call to inform them that the equipment does not work as designed. When I asked the owner if I returned the faulty equipment he did not inspect nor gave me a call about before putting my truck front end back on, would he charge me for reinstalling the original lights while I order a new set of lights and waited on them to arrive, he stated YES!! I told the owner I would let him reinstall again and pay for the labor again, but not thee times! because of his lack of quality control. The owner stated It took him a lot of hours to put the lights in therefore, I would be charged labor cost three times, Totally Unprofessional!! If I would have gotten a courtesy call explaining the faulty equipment, I would have instructed him to keep the original lights in until the new ones were delivered so I would not have to pay labor cost 3 separate time at $350.00 each time. The owner / technician is unfair, unprofessional, and truly incompetent. If you require professionalism, technically sound technicians who are fair and responsible for the work performed on your car or truck, YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE RC's Custom Car Audio And Security. They are not PROFFESSIONAL, They are not TECHNICALLY SOUND, nor are they FAIR and RESPOSIBLE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER PATRONIZED!!! STAY AWAY!!!

This guy that owns the place is a joke! For one he overcharged me! Second, he didnt want to even try to put my speakers on claims they were to big! Third, he charged me so much over that his co-worker thought they had put an alarm on my bike with just the speaker installation! They told me to come pick my vehicle up on Saturday morning and to my surprise I was they only one there for an hour waiting because nobody showed up! This place SUCKS!!! NEVER EVER GO TO RC Communications!! I DONT KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS! I guess they rip you off due to them being in the hood!!

Got my subs done. They went out in 2 days. Went up there and they said my subs were blown so I got another speaker. Had someone else look my subs bc they would always cut off. Was told by my homeboy that the wires were too smalls. New subs are going out, (only had them in 8 months), amps is too. I put my old subs back in and not only were not blown but they also sound better then the ones I got from them. Smh

They are really helpful, good people, and I was touched by their kindness and expertise. Dee is seriously one of the best. The whole team as awesome! All just helpful and went above and beyond, and out of their way unlike anything I've experienced before. They were able to get me in without requiring much advance notice twice now, and they work quickly when possible. I had a great experience with them, and I plan to be a returning client for future jobs. I really appreciated all of their time and guidance, the kindness they showed me, and especially the exceptional, expert service they provided.
