Had replacement speakers installed and they sound great, service was excellent and job was done quickly. Scott was very helpful in giving me options for the best replacement, even suggesting a speaker that was nearly half the price but would have the same warranty and similar performance. I still went with the premium option and I’m extremely happy with it .

Went to get my car radio replaced. Took about an hour and 40 minutes. The guy who replaced it was nice and informative. Got a 2 year warranty on it. Was glad I finally got my radio fixed. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. If anything goes wrong, dont mind having them do the repairs. Glad to have chosen them.

Had an appointment at 11. They told me job would take 1 hr 30 minutes. They did not have my truck done until 4 p.m. did apologize after I questioned why 5 hours. But pretty much just made it seemed like it happens and the bed liner took longer than they thought. Customer service was not great or even good. I'll pay more next time for better service at one of their competitors.

I have nothing but great things to say about Redmonds Automotive! I met Ken, the owner, and he was very pleasant to talk to. Actually, everyone I talked to has been professional and helpful. I never had an issue with the service that I've received. In my opinion, their prices are reasonable. I would recommend Redmonds to any and every one. 10 out of 10!

We rented a van to drive our wedding party around for photos after our wedding and it worked out perfectly! The employees were so nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great rental experience. The van was nice and clean, and rental prices were affordable. We will definitely use them again for rentals in the future! Highly recommend!

I rented a car from them make sure you take pictures before and after. Settling the bill they said I did something to the brakes, i told him the car had over 213000 miles on it I just needed to go to work, the guy then said never mind, then 2 days later he said the car has front end damage after he said everything was good and I had already paid so now I have to go through my insurance company. I won't go back or recommend them 😡

In past years, Redmonds was known for their service and quality of work. Not so much anymore. I took my vehicle in to have a trailer hitch put on, but they created another problem...they didn't install the lighting system. I had to take it back in to have the lights installed. Well, they were either in a hurry or just didn't know what they were doing because they just crammed the control box in the wrong place, which affected the stow n go seat from working properly. I had to take the car in to another garage and spend $50 to have it done properly! Thanks for nothing, Redmonds!!

These scammers will lie about fixing your car and charge you anyway. Had to take my car back 3 times for a damn starter & each time they blamed something else for causing my car to not start. So why didn't you guys catch that during the last 2 inspections? They claimed that my engine was leaking oil onto my starter then charged me to fix the leak but never did. Took my car else where to get my engine leak fixed. Scammers. Never coming back here again.

I had my battery die in the 7-11 across the street, asked to pay for an install, the guy told me "we're 5 minutes from closing". Won't ever be back, you guys have lost your customer service skills and a customer. Really smart in todays atmosphere
