No clue qho woupd wvwr use these guys i was behind the white truck with reds in red writting mind u car wad not held down good at all the car would go foward and backwards about 2 feet and then he cut of two cars who had to slam on there breakes amd then he almost hit the back of a 18 wheeler not to mention u can see in picks im doing 62 mph in a 45 and i cant even keep up with him at all he passed me like i was standing still while i was doing 64 mph in a 45 wow great company be proud

Martin was the driver sent out to tow my car. He is one of the nicest people that I have ever met. Additionally, I was amazed at his driving skills in a very tight spot! Progressive Auto Insurance gave him the run around about which body shop to deliver the car. Personally, I lost my cool with Progressive and the body shop because of the protracted time to make progress. Martin remained nice and calm with all parties involved while Progressive and the shop finally resolved the issue. Thank you Martin!

Called them last night to get our car towed they said someone would be out in about 45 mins, well an hour later we couldn't get anyone on the phone and no one ever called us back to let us know anything! I highly recommend Woodfin towing to anyone who needs a fast friendly tow. They stay in touch the whole time and even came and picked up my keys.

Sent by AAA showed up with the wrong truck. Said they would send the right truck. Told AAA they were not going to tow anymore. Waited around. Had to call AAA back and got a new company Would not use. Amendment. Right after I sent this review, Joe showed up with the correct equipment. Very professional. Very capable. Changing this from a one star to a four star.

Had battery issues with my work van. They told my guy "it will be 45 minutes". 1 hour and 15 minutes later a kind stranger stopped to help. Never got a phone call from them or heard anything.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The only thing that went well was getting my car towed online they say that they’re open till five. I went to the place at four to retrieve my car. There was nobody in the office so I went back the next day and they’re charging me a $45 storage fee Which is absolutely ridiculous when I went there before they closed The day before. If you ever have to get your car towed or you need to have anything done to your vehicle, do not take it to reds automotive services

Towing: Joseph came and saved the day! He was very professional and courteous, apologized for taking a while but he did text when he waa on the way. It took some strategy but he got my car up and over the median and changed my tire. I would highly recommend them for towing and emergency services but ask for Joseph!

I finally a tow on 9-25-25, my master cylinder went out and had no brakes to stop. I was referred to Red’s towing by my grandson. I was on 292 and 176 down town when this happened. I’m very grateful that Mr Caldwell helping me to get my Rava4 to the shop. And shout out to Mrs Rosa for taking my call🌹.Good team work!

The drive shaft in in my truck busted and was sitting down my steep drive-way, with ice still on the ground. Mickey was very professional and efficient in making sure my truck was properly loaded, although it was in a very complicated, potentially dangerous position. I am very please with the experience I had with this company.

Never been a customer but almost got ran off the road by one of the wreckers. Called to complain which they gave me a managers phone number (Mike) which he pretty much didn't care and suggested I was lying. This wrecker was driving with a car on the bed dangerously brake checking and swerving!

This location is very unprofessional. I needed my car towed and the driver did not fulfill the jobs. He dropped my car in the spot he was instructed not to and left and then stated he couldnt come back knowing he did not do his job correctly. Not to mention if they have cameras as stated i stated multiple times how the car needed to be parked to the driver so there is evidence of that. I stopped to get gas and was calling The driver to see if he made it there and to let him know my eta, he kept forwarding my calls.The supervisor there was no help either. He just told me the driver would not come back due to hostile behavior but will not provide proof considering i was not there. I tried calling and talking to them and they hung up with no accountability.

Got a weird feeling when I went to collect items out of my wrecked vehicle and the gentleman in charge stayed right on top of us. We were missing some things but when asked was told how people jump the fence, etc. Also called ahead to tell them I was coming to get my tag. Got there and was told my car had been hauled away 5 minutes before ... So poor communication between whomever answers their calls and what's related to employees onsite. Praying I'm never in another accident. If I am, I will not allow my car to be towed here.

My car cut off on me at a light , wouldn’t start back up. I called three tow services trying to avoid reds because of the reviews and I heard they charged ALOT. Ended up using them anyway and had a wonderful experience! I wish I had asked for the drivers name . He was so kind , and I payed way less than I expected. Don’t believe everything you hear or see . They seem like pretty good people to me.

Coming from work this morning got a really bad flat. I was very cold ,tired and 19 degrees outside. It was around 8am called geico .I was told someone would be there around 10. Mikey was there before 9 and my car parked and I am writing this review before way before 10.. I wish I could give 10 stars.. thank u Red and thank u Mikey
