Contacted them about the availability of a vehicle listed on cars.com. It wasn’t, so the tried to sell me a different one. I wasn’t interested in any other vehicle they had. Then they proceeded to call me several times which I never answered.

Took the Grand Cherokee in to complete a recall and mentioned I had been hearing a rattling noise. They quickly pinpointed and were able to resolve the issue. I had taken the vehicle into Jeep on 103rd and State Line (stay away!) and was told the sound was just “engine noise”. The new Reed store is beautiful and in another 'dealership row' on I-35 frontage. The service advisor Zach was professional and knows his stuff so to speak. I highly recommend that you either see him or his counterparts Brandon and Frank. They handle business in a straightforward and honest way that is hard to find at some other places. The service manager Greg is very busy, but yet, a stand up guy. Most of the technicians I have met are very good at what they do and are polite and respectful. You should give them a try some time! And say hello to the greeter, 'Patrick's Dad'... AKA: Mr. Chambers... Another good guy at Reed. Go figure!

My wife's Jeep had a recall for a cosmetic issue over 3 years ago and they still haven't taken care of it. They said they get the parts in infrequently, but I feel they need to take care of it or compensate us for the decreased resale value. They are friendly and polite and have done a good job on my other vehicles.

Called in to schedule my Ram for a recall and was transferred to the Buick dealer 3 times. When I finally reached someone to schedule I explained I wanted to meet with the service manager before handing off my truck, as another dealer destroyed my previous truck. Was told that was no issue and they would call me back, instead someone else called me back and I had to repeat myself, they told me the manager would call me back and that never happened. Unprofessional.

Great experience. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation for my ‘20 Ram 1500. Blake was my service advisor and he was great. He quickly got the truck in for service. While it was a bit busy, I was only there for about an hour. The waiting area is nice for those that decide to wait.

Paid the full diagnostic fee for a coolant leak (among other things), they said it looked great, topped of my coolant. Few days later all my coolant poured out and is burning all of my engine and my cars overheating and now i'm stuck on the side of the road! Love these guys :)

I took my jeep in because I had a suspicion something with my water pump and coolant weren’t right. They changed the oil and said their was coolant in the oil so they need to strip down the engine ($1500) to see what the issue was, but most likely I would need a new engine ($14,000). I got an offer from their sales department to buy my car for $8,000… a car that is worth $25,000 and is in excellent condition. I started to get a weird feeling and decided to pull my car (paid $320 for oil and a diagnostic) and take it to another auto shop that works on domestic vehicles. They ran a block test and the engine is completely fine, just needs a new water pump. Seems like Reed was trying to scam me and why did they not run the block test?

The service department at Reed is beyond exceptional. I bought a 2024 Gladiator from a dealership in Missouri and was having issues with a buzzing/rattling sound under the center console (if you know cars you know how hard it can be to track these noises down). Scheduling was quick and an appointment was available with a rental vehicle within a week. Keely Brown my service advisor made the drop of process smooth and efficient. The technician Brenton Faynard took the time to drive the vehicle over 50 miles during multiple test drives to identify the problem. The service manager Greg McCall even called and asked me to swing by to go on a drive with him to point out the specific sound. Instead of saying that they could not find the issue and returning the car to me without a fix, they apologized and asked to keep the car until they had resolved the problem. The service department is so good that my wife considered trading in her less than a year-old Lincoln and switching to a Durango just so that she could have it serviced at Reed. Keep doing what you're doing Reed team. This is the type of service that earns customers for life.
