I bought a new car June 1st of this year and sustained hail damage the same day. I had the damage appraised at three different locations and the gentleman indicating he was the owner offered his services for the same price. I decided to not get a few chrome trim pieces replaced and was suppose to have gotten a refund from him for the excess paid. I've contacted him three times since picking the car up in June, twice on the phone and once in person. I've never received the promised check from him. The exterior work was quite satisfactory although I had dirty patches on the headliner on both sides of the car just above the seats. I figure that's where the gentlemen pressing the headliner back into place were putting upward pressure on the headliner. I cleaned that off myself with interior cleaner. My advice would be to not give any money to him above what's needed to pay your bill. Otherwise you might be giving him a $300 tip like I ended up doing. (I still have the original bill and estimate)

Dent Physicians is the only place I will take my vehicle. I have been taking my vehicles to Ruben Abell for almost 20 years and he is the best, and only employs the best in the business.Most people think of only hail damage and door dings when they hear paintless dent repair but at Dent Physicians they can work miracles. I would give more stars if possible.

Great experience with Dent Physicians who repaired my 2008 Acura TL Type S with hail damage. Did a fine job removing all the dents (they even had to replace my windshield), working with my insurance company and working with me. Ruben worked hard to make sure I was satisfied (I love my car and plan to keep it a long time...so it had to be done right). I would definitely use them again (though hope I don't have to), and highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for dent repair.

I had a ding in my truck that I was hoping could possibly be repaired because ya never know when it comes to sheet metal and vehicles. I wasn't necessarily expecting anything to pan out. I was able to drop by their shop without even calling first of which I like to do rather than calling. As soon as I pulled into their lot, someone was already outside to take a look at what I had. Super friendly. Super helpful. Gave me an honest assessment. They were able get to it right away and had my truck right back out to me looking brand new again. I was absolutely delighted, and the cost was very reasonable. I can tell they do great work, but what I liked most is the friendliness and how helpful all the people working there seemed.
