They tried to take advantage of a me being a female cake in with a sensor code and they tired to tell me it was my catalytic converter and a quote of 2700 and of course I knew something was off got a second opinion and it’s a sensor fix for 130 bucks hmmm 🤔 also when I came to pick my car up I had to wait 45 minutes for them to find my keys no one knew who backed the car out and I was supposed to have pictures and videos of what was wrong never received hmm wonder why so I do not recommend these guys they will say whatever to make that dollar!!! I wouldn’t even give one star

Amazing, genuinely lifesavers!!! I had a check engine light come on the day that I was supposed to leave to go out of town and New Concept Auto Service was able to take me in that same day fix my car so I was able to go on my trip, they gave a very detailed report, which I really appreciate; I don’t know that I’ve gotten that from any other shop before. Every single employee I interacted with was so kind and sweet and will really take care of you. (in my experience.)

The way the fuel system cleaning was explained to me is far better than any fuel system cleaning I experienced. Especially with the remote gas pedal that idles up the car every 10 seconds after the fuel cleaner is added to the system.

I got an inspection to see what my car needed and then ask them to contact my warranty company but it took them 2 weeks to contact the warranty company so I went someplace else. Inspection was fine but customer service was not.

All the guys were respectful and patient when questions were asked of them. The team was very friendly and understanding of the need. The work that was done was a same day service job which you can't get that hardly anywhere. I plan to continue my business with this auto shop because they are nice, genuine and value their customers regarding the service they perform. Unfortunately, women get looked over and talked to crazy, but these guys were on point in the treatment of both my daughter and myself when speaking to either of us on the phone and in person. Yes, we'll be back when needed because customer service is a big deal and I give them a ten. Thank you guys at New Concept Auto Service.

This place is a sham ,They quoted me 7489 .00 for a transmission, I called them back later and said i don't want the work done, called tjem again in the morning at 7:30 am spoke with them he gave me a lower price for 64000 still high ,got three quotes from 4800 to 5100 guy calls back next day at 12 says they did 3.5 hrs of work , I talked ro them at 3:30 they close at 5:30 time doesn't add up then wanted me to pay 1050.49 for work, plus the 173 for diagnostic, have no problem paying for the storage and diagnostic, they held my car ,had to file complaints on them with consumer protection in jhonson County ,and BBB also kansas attorney General, this is not a good place don't recommend, they are a scam ..stealing people money you guys charge 1050 for 3.5 hrs of work I got off the phone with you guys atv3:35 pm you close at 5:30 how in the world you charge 960 in labor? You guys are stealing money and strong arm cars and they won't let me pay for the Diagnostic, without paying them 1050.49. My kids can't get to their activities car seat in the car sent me some email showing pictures of my tires and brake fluid tank. Very Bad business practices here . People do not go to these stores. I have filed complaints with Kansas city Attorney Do not go to these shops they are crooks and this day in age we're times are hard they prey on people such ashamed worst company ever

Called in for a quote for 70k service and was told to bring it in at 9am for the quote, said 2hrs. Zero communication after 6hrs, called and was told they were doing a oil change. 5pm I called and asked when it would be ready, "tomorrow at noon". Said no, went and picked it up. They hadn't done nothing. All day off work. Dishonest shop thru and thru.
