I could not recommend Done With Care enough. Came in to get an oil change done and some unknown noise checked out. They managed to get through not only the oil change and a multi-point inspection (for the noise), but a complete rotor replacement - within 5 hours. When all was said and done, they had a technician drive with me for about 15 minutes to check the noise that they were unable to hear. The noise had since ceased, so I can only deduce that it was tied in some way to the rotors. They were even thoughtful enough to contact me a couple days later to make sure everything settled in just fine. Friendly, punctual, and professional. An easy 5 star review.

I was incredibly lucky to find this auto shop around a holiday, and they still managed to fit me in! They offer a free 54-point inspection, and I was blown away by the amount of detail in their report. They include pictures and videos to explain and show proof of any issues, which made the whole process feel super transparent and trustworthy. I also appreciated how easy it was to select which repairs I wanted based on their recommendations. One of the best auto repair shops in the area! I reached out because I was having trouble with my car battery and needed work on my front struts and tie rods. Juan provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They performed a free 54-point inspection, which gave me a detailed report on both critical repairs and future maintenance needs. The report also included repair costs, allowing me to approve or decline services as needed. My car died weirdly on me and had a P0420 error code (cat). I drove it over since they were the closest place and they were unable to replicate the issues leading up to the car shutting off so they didn’t charge me for the testing, and then ran additional testing for the error code. Seemed reasonable cost wise and were very professional and upfront about all costs before any work was done. Excellent service, definitely recommend this shop!

We initially came in for an oil change. Juan kept us up to date every step of the way. After the inspection, they found some issues with our vehicle and not once did we have to worry about anything. Juan and team were always very professional and prompt and answered any of our questions. Juan & crew are the best :) and as a young female, i felt very respected. My biggest pet peeve is going in to auto-shops alone, and getting spoken down to. Not here! i don't have to pretend to know what they're talking about on the phone in regards to my vehicle- the text message link they sent that contained written out explanations for each issue they found was a fantastic tool. There was no pressure to get extra work done that I didn't come in for, just a full informed diagnostic. Juan earned my trust & i definitely won't be going anywhere else.

I got a pre-purchase inspection for a used car here and the process was fairly simple and very thorough. I called to set up an appointment and was told to come drop off the vehicle in the morning and expect it back that afternoon. Later that day, I received texts when the inspection began, was completed, and a full list of items to worry about. When I returned, I was then informed of common issues the truck I picked out had and alternative options I may try instead. Afterwards I was emailed the list with pictures and suggested treatment plans to follow or share with the dealer. Needless to say, I was saved from a $10k headache by the good work done here! Highly recommend.

I've never had my car inspection reported to car fax or been signed up for their emails without my consent by a shop before. Now the reported information is outdated, and I'm not taking it back here. They found tons to fix with my car that would have cost thousands and they were unclear in communication what was needed and what was just recommended. Even with the print out sheet, it felt like I was being led to believe more was urgently in need then it really was when I took my car elsewhere. I don't trust them after this.

Great experience with this company. Did not feel up charged are taken advantages of in any way. They were transparent with everything and I ended up paying less than expected because the electrical test (which they did perform) was not needed and wasn’t related to the issue with my center console screen, so they didn’t charge me for it. I received a lot of service and additional information that stretched beyond the transmission and brake fluid change I went in for, car is running much better also.

My son had an altinator go out. They wanted over 1700 dollars to replace it! I talked them down to a little over a thousand for the altinator and a serpentine belt with no warranty. I can buy both for under 300 with a lifetime warranty. I live 1200 miles away from my son so I was stuck getting ripped off by these guys. You should shop around before letting this shop work on anything you own. The worst shop I've ever delt with if u ask me! Had to return and add to this. They said the transmission fluid was not on the dip stick at all. My son checked the fluid and it was where it should be on the dip stick. They said the engine was leaking oil from top valve cover and bottom oil pan gasket. Just more ways to add money to the bill. Find somewhere worth the money you spend. This is not the place! The total they wanted for 1000 dollars worth of work and parts was over 5000! I also asked what the hourly rate was and was told they don't have one. They just charge by the job. I can replace an altinator in a couple hrs. Over 1700 for an altinator and belt replaced. Add that up and what would u say the rate is.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! They got me right in the same day! The communication is next level! They kept me involved with everything every step of the way with text messages and emails that included pictures and full diagnostic reports. Friendly, accommodating, quick and efficient! The shop manager Juan is great! I've been to other shops where once they give you an estimate if you ask any questions they get visibly annoyed but not Juan, at Done With Care Auto Repair Juan was more than happy to answer and thoroughly explain any questions that I had.
