I took my car here last week to take a look at my brakes and I was quoted $1100 to fix all four brakes. I’ve then decided to get a second quote and I took it to another shop that said I only needed rear and my front were 50%. I would definitely not take my vehicle here as they appear to take advantage.

10/10 recommend to anyone who needs collision repair. 2 hours after pulling off the car lot someone rear ended me. Got estimates all around the KCK area F&M Automotive was the most affordable. Fixed my car in a very time efficient way. Looks as good as new. Love the owner Sow he is professional and a man of his word.. Will be back in the future when in need of automotive services!!!!

10/10 would recommend to anyone. Mr. Sow and his team are professional, responsive, and do great work. I hope I don't have to come back to see them any time soon....but if I do, I know my car is in good hands. Update 2 months later: well, turns out I did end up needing to visit F & M for help with my car. Once again, they took care of me on the same day, no questions asked. I won't take my car anywhere else!

Absolutely disappointed in this place and the owner, Emmanuel, and would leave a lower rating if I could. I brought my car in to get a NEW front bumper and have my fender fixed and painted on 8/15/24. The owner and I came to an agreement of $2600 to do the service after I brought him down, realizing that he was overcharging for a bumper. He called me the day the car was ready and said he’d paint a part of the back bumper to which we agreed for the final price being $2700. I got my car and didn’t notice anything at first and then when I went home realized that the bumper was NOT a new bumper as was promised. The paint job was horrible (missed a bunch of spots and the paint had dried as it was still dripping), the bumper was not aligned with the hood, the bottom of the bumper was all scraped up, the paint was overpainted onto other black trim pieces of the car. I called him and he accepted the responsibility of using a used bumper BUT was not willing to pay me for the difference. I went to his shop and tried to come to a conclusion to which he refused and stated that he would pull the bumper, give my money back, and then charge me for painting the back bumper. Long story short, cops got involved and Emmanuel finally budged and gave me $300 back. This place has a lot of good reviews but here’s why - he does cheap work and hides his mistakes through lying about the age of the parts or not even bothering to touch up parts like the underside of the bumper and convinces people it’s good work simply because of one thing - it’s cheap. Beware of this shady shop and invest your money into somewhere better and give yourself less of a headache.

A solid 5 stars for the team at F&M Automotive! The owner, Sow, is wonderful - friendly, professional and compassionate. The paint on my nearly new car was badly scratched in a parking lot on a Friday night. I took it in on Saturday and Sow gave me a very reasonable estimate. He said he could get it done by the next Wednesday (4 days), which I was very happy to hear. I got a call on Tuesday afternoon from Sow telling me my car was ready! It looks great. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you, Sow and F&M!

I highly recommend F&M automotive body & repair. I accidentally clipped the edge of my garage which bent the sliding door on my odyssey, knocked it off the track, and bent the brackets and rollers. The damage was worse than it looked for sure! The receptionist, Yaqueline, got me in immediately- the owner, Sow, reattached the door and made it safe to drive until I could get back in a week (due to my schedule) later for the full repair. The team fixed the dent, replaced the brackets and rollers and repainted the door and panel. The paint matched perfectly! I was very surprised since it’s the sparkly silver Honda paint! But it looks just right! The pricing was reasonable, and their care and understanding were unmatched! I will certainly use F&M again if necessary.

This place is great! FAST, EFFICIENT, and COMMUNICATIVE! I had allowed someone to pull my car out of my garage and the front side bumper was scrapped against concrete leaving my car to be a complete eye sore. Fortunately F & M allowed me to bring my car in, same day as the incident, to give a quote and an approximate time of when it would be repaired. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning of 6/18 and was washed and ready to pick up EOD 6/19. They did a great job!

I got into a car accident on July 25, 2025 where a car hit me trying to make an exit at the last minute. On August 6th, 2025 I was told due to the miles I had, my insurance company totaled my car out saying the damage was over 75% of the cars value. So I went the salvage route and towed my car to F&M Automotive on August 8th praying for a miracle! Everyone was so helpful and willing to get my car fixed and couldn’t believe it was totaled. On August 16th I was given an estimate and that it will be ready in TWO WEEKS! And on August 30th, 2025 at 11:22 AM Jacqueline called me saying my car is ready for PICK UP!!!!!
