Called to get my upper control arm fixed and they guy said he could do it tomorrow. So I went to drop my car off.When I got there the people just stared me down and not say a word. I asked acouple times about getting my car fix. Finally the guy I talked to, had the courage to come check my car out. Then I told him one of the bolt broke and he just went into a fit about how it was going to such for him to try and repair my car. Then he told me to park my car on the next door neighbors lot and walked off. Never in my life, I saw such poor customer service and racial discrimination.

These 7 other reviews are from family members of the owner!!! i dont see how this business could get anything higher than a 2 or 3 star!!!! if you like to be di@#ed around and like having your time wasted go here you will love it !!! i needed my window regulator fixed on a VW bug NOTHING fancy (keep in mind) i called the store and he said he was busy and wouldnt be able to get me in for a week. so i accepted and we hung up (he didnt ask for a number for call back and he was SUPPER fast to get my information) because of how rushed i was i called back a couple days later just to confirm he had the right part information for my car and a call back number in case he needed to reach me... the DAY OF my appointment I called and verified he had the part before heading out that way (because he never reached out to me) HE replied "i cant find the part anywhere IVE LOOKED EVERYWHERE" so in the end i waited A WHOLE WEEK FOR NOTHING !!!!! HE DIDNT EVEN TRY AND CALL ME TO INFORM ME OF THE misfortune.... he didnt even try any other solution .... i called 3 other stores that WERE ABLE TO FIND THE PART..... in the end im glade he lied to me and flate out turned my business away... customer service like this tells me if i he did do the work my car wouldve been in more trouble then just a broken window.... end of store dont go here unless you know the guy as family bc i doubt his business is good with anything else by how he treated my business

Great shop, you won’t find better prices or more honest service. I had my transmission rebuilt here, they were honest and transparent from beginning to end. Highly recommend going here, not only for reasonable pricing and great service, but to support a local business.

These guys have been the most honest and dependable auto mechanics I've ever had. My grandmother had two other mechanics tell her she needed a new transmission when Remmingtom auto was able to determine it was just a solenoid. Very straight up guys that wont jack you around with BS. Highly recommended!

Went in to get my struts replaced. Technicians were very kind and helpful. Only charged me $20 each to get both springs on my struts swapped to new ones. Everything came out looking good and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend for anyone who need car work done.

We have a 2007 wheelchair accessible van and are highly dependent on it. John was upfront with his transmission rebuild estimate and the time needed. While it was in there we swapped out the power steering pump. In this day and age it was nice be valued and treated fairly. I would highly recommend Remington Auto Repair

Great shop they’ve been there forever. Real old school no bs mechanics. They’re straight up, won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. I went in with a list of stuff I was thinking needed to be replaced on my ‘06 Monte Carlo SS, they were honest and didn’t run the bill up and only fixed what really needed to be fixed. Highly recommend. Car feels like new.
